Great place to get away and relax

Great stay in Vegas

The home was exactly as described. It was relaxing and private. The location was close to the freeway and a short drive to the strip. You definitely need a car. There was a small issue with the hot tub but David fixed it quickly. The pool was clean. If you want it heated for your stay definitely ask ahead of time. I forgot to ask and wish I had. He was a great communicator throughout the stay and I felt I could always reach out. He was always kind and helpful. The master bedroom was huge and a great place for couples. The other rooms were comfortable as well. Costco was a short drive away which made shopping super easy. Overall a great stay.

Las Vegas Trip

If you are ever in the Las Vegas area I highly recommend this property! Super clean, spacious and very convenient to the strip, airport and so much more. You can’t go wrong if you book property! Great experience!

Gorgeous, but....

Walking into this house is simply amazing. The fireplace is a beautiful centerpiece, but we spent zero time there. It probably would for better where we were watching tv. The pool was dirty and not heated. The lawncare folks blew dirt and leaves into the pool, making it unusable even if we wanted to. The setup outside however is absolutely gorgeous! If you're there during warmer weather, I'm sure i'll be much better, if its clean. The floors were dirty. There is carpet in the upstairs master bath. The toilets are super low...childlike low. (LOL) The location is ok. I would say rent a car because the uber is expensive. The owner is super responsive.

Awesome!

The house is exactly as listed. The layout is great, it’s clean, the spa is really nice. The pool was cold and didn’t have lights but we were able to use it anyway since it was 100 degrees. Easy drove to town really quiet neighborhood. This will be our go to in Vegas!

Great location

We were visiting Vegas for my daughter’s wedding and did not want to stay on the strip. The location was perfect . Near tons of restaurants and stores. Outside area with pool and spa was perfect !

Great Vacation Home

This house was very conveniently located to all the places we were visiting during our stay. The pool was great, but it was a little dirty on the bottom. Was kinda confusing on how to turn the pool and spa up without going over your allotted degrees before getting an additional charge. Was very well stocked with things to use in the kitchen and the laundry if you needed it. Overall a great place to stay.

Birthday Weekend

We came into town to celebrate a family member who lives nearby. This home is well appointed, clean and has everything you need. Extra towels, extra blankets, plenty of dishes and silverware, you just need to bring your food. Costco and Walmart are nearby, as well as lots of other shopping. About 20 minutes from the strip, you can go have fun then come home to a nice, quiet place to rest. It was very comfortable for the 7 of us (all adults). The host responded very quickly when we had a question. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties over the years and this might just be the best one. I highly recommend it.

Awesome Home in a great location

My family and I enjoyed the this VRBO home. Our son was playing in the NBA summer league and VRBO location was 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the Thomas Mack Arena where the event was being held. I was able to pick up family from the airport attend the event and also cook for them while at this VRBO location. It located by Costso or Sam club and other dept stores if you need to grab food or other items.

PERFECT

After long days of dance competitions, this place was PERFECT. The pool, spa, accommodations as a whole were PERFECT. The WiFi with everyone having gadgets of some sort connected were PERFECT. The location of the property to the strip for entertainment was PERFECT. The location of the property to grocery stores, coffee shops and quick dining PERFECT. The utensils needed for cooking at home and space to store it all was PERFECT. Most importantly, the contact (owner) was very communicative and a joy to work with, which made it a PERFECT stay!!!

Good location, spacious home

The home was located in a good area, close to lots of things. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Although they were dirty from debris blowing in during the wind. Owners were responsive and good at communicating. Was overly decorated compared to other rentals we have stayed in. Overall we were happy with our stay!

Wonderful Place

From the moment we walked in the house, we knew it was a home that was taken care of and clean. We've been using VRBO's for over 15 years and this place would be one of our top 10 we've stayed in. The owners were great to work with and very helpful. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again if we return to Vegas.
