La cabine se trouve sur un lac All Sport et sur un quai privé avec une plage de sable face au lac avec une rampe de mise à l'eau pour votre bateau et votre quai à la cabine. Nous sommes amis des animaux (1dog) s'il vous plaît. La cabine peut accueillir 7 personnes dans la forêt nationale. A une belle vue et pas de marches ou de gouttes vers le lac et une grande pêche. Il y a une table de pique-nique et une balançoire et un mélange de poêles Iron Skillet (2019 neuf) et un grand feu de camp. Beaucoup de Skillets de Fer pour cuisiner. Mon invité recevra un cadeau de bienvenue à son arrivée. Votre hôtesse Violet se présentera et tous mes invités se diront très amicale et répondront à toutes les questions. En voiture, à 30 minutes de route de Munsing, admirez la vue sur Pictured Rocks Tours et de nombreuses cascades. plus .

Cozy lakeside retreat

We loved our stay at the cabin. The view and the lake access was unparalleled. Convenient location, near Munising and Indian river. The kitchen was well stocked and the cabin was cozy.

Great UP Cabin

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at the Iron Skillet. The lake was gorgeous and the cabin was fully stocked with all the needed amenities. The location was central to so many great hiking trails. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Peaceful and relaxing

This cabin is adorable! Up to date, comfortable and beautiful setting/location. Had wonderful amenities right down to food dishes and treats for the fur baby. Highly recommend and will book again when we return to UP next.

Midway

Excellent get away to relax and unwind, do a little fishing, swimming, two tracking! It’s great because it’s midway between Manistique and Munising about 20 minutes both ways, we loved it! Lots to see and do!

Great

The iron skillet is a great place to stay. We had 4 adults 2 kids ages 4 & 9. They loved fishing off the dock. The locals are we friendly along with the housekeeper. You can't go wrong with the iron skillet!!

Family vacation

The cabin is really nice and clean. Perfect for my family of five. Kitchen has all the essentials. Great store down the road (Midway) for anything you need. They do homemade breakfast burritos which are great and have ice cream which they are very generous with their scoops!! Enjoyed fishing (caught a few bass) and campfires. Would stay here again.

Happy 'Cabiner'

I was thrilled with our stay at the Iron Skillet. The property is beautiful! The cabin is decorated to be welcoming and was spotless. The hostess truly provided an experience where we came with our food, clothes, toys and were good-to-go! I'd go back tomorrow if I could! Thank you Jackie!

I been a business owner for 25 years having a Cleaning Company and with my experience and hospitality tools I work hard to make sure my guest are comfortable and happy and keep in contact with them . I hope you visit us again at Iron Skillet and enjoy the cabin like I do . This place is breathless water so clear, air so fresh. When I leave I never say good bye just look forward to my next time here at the cozy cabin .

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The cabin has WFI and two T.V. and has a private dock connecting 4 chain of lakes and public launch across the cabin and public sandy beach. You can rent boats from Forest Glen less 10 miles away and they will deliver boat to public launch. The cabin is fully furnished with everything from Iron Skillets , dishes , silverware, towels, lines and more.
All new appliances and new outside propane grill. If you have any questions please call or text me (906) 202-1083

Activities near 17 Waterfalls and Pictured Rocks tours only 30 min drive from the cabin and Kayaking, 4 casino, trails, camping, hiking, fishing, explore nature, Picture Rocks, Beautiful beaches and Miners beach and Miner Castle Musing shopping and Restaurants 30 min drive from the cabin . Beautiful Waterfalls and my favorite is Bond Fall.
