Boston Harbor Yacht, AC / Heat, à pied de l'extrémité nord WiFi

Si vous prévoyez un voyage à Boston envisager de rester sur notre yacht trÚs confortable de moteur "Sea Pearl" dans la ville historique de Charlestown sur le port de Boston. Nous sommes situés dans la nouvelle Charlestown Marina prÚs de l'USS Constitution, Freedom Trail et Bunker Hill Monument. Le North End est une promenade trÚs agréable de moins de 1 mile.

Notre bateau est parfait pour deux couples avec deux cabines (chambres) avec chacune un lit queen size et salles de bains avec douches. Couchage supplémentaire est disponible dans le retrait en taille réelle dans le salon.

Cuisine avec plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes / confiserie four, petit réfrigérateur et congélateur, et machine à café entiÚrement équipée.

Le yacht est entiÚrement climatisé et chauffé pendant l'hiver. Restez connecté avec accÚs Wifi gratuit. Deux téléviseurs avec télévision par cùble.

Petit coin Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur la poupe du bateau et plus grand salon d'un niveau Ă  la station de barre. S'il vous plaĂźt noter que le bateau est Ă  l'arrĂȘt lors de votre visite et ne peut pas ĂȘtre entraĂźnĂ©.

Accessible Ă  tous de Boston par voiture, bus et taxi de l'eau. À pied de nombreux restaurants de la rĂ©gion, Freedom Trail, Bunker Hill, USS Constitution et North End Parking, disponibles Ă  la marina moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires.

Navette gratuite pour North End à deux rues de l'hÎtel, la navette MBTA Water est à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Elle vous dépose à Long Wharf juste à cÎté de l'aquarium de Nouvelle-Angleterre

Notre yacht offre un remÚde unique et passionnant pour des vacances bien remplies. Réveillez-vous au son des mouettes. Demandez à votre café tout en regardant le soleil se lever sur le port. Passez une journée bien remplie voir les sites et revenir à tranquille sur l'eau. Sirotez un cocktail à l'extérieur du pont en regardant le port et laissez-vous enfin bercer la nuit dans nos lits confortables, garnis de draps de qualité supérieure.

Notez s'il vous plaĂźt. Pendant les mois d’hiver (de novembre Ă  avril), le yacht sera recouvert d’une pellicule rĂ©tractable pour le garder au chaud. Cela a un impact sur les vues hors fenĂȘtres. La position du bateau dans la marina peut changer et peut ne pas sembler identique Ă  celle des photos.

Overall acceptable

Smaller then expected especially the bed in the small bedroom. The smell is horrible but I guess it is normal on a boat. Luckyly I had some car freshener to put in the bedroom and some fleecy sheets to help a bit. We couldn't use the 'stove top' because of state law (or city law can't remember) so we only had the microwave and the small fridge. Also, if the lady who welcome you is in the parking lot (which happen a lot) you can't enter the parking lot as of there is a limit of entry permited by account. We had to pay for the parking because we couldn't reach her. Anyway, we had to try the experience on a boat and we can say it is done!... but a non repeat for us!

We had a wonderful stay here. It’s a beautiful and well maintained yacht with excellent access to all the Boston hot spots within walking distance. We stayed in November and the boat kept us nice and toasty warm. The only downside was that we were asked not to use the stove which kind of limited our options in the kitchen.

The location is excellent for easy access to downtown Boston. This is a unique, fun option compared to the usual hotels. We were greeted at the gate upon arrival. Everything was well explained pertaining to our stay on the boat.

The Sea Pearl was great. It was in a great location, in walking distance to the USS Constitution and the Freedom Trail. The beds were comfortable. The living space was ample for four adults. Sherry met us to let us in and orient us to the boat and the marina area, which was helpful. Deb and her husband (owners) were very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the heating system. We would definitely stay on the Sea Pearl again if we returned to Boston.

Very unique stay, enjoyed it very much especially being a boat owner and growing up camping on the lakes as a child. Regarding the logistics, host has it planned out and executes to their plan which allows this unique experience pleasing. So great walking and waking next to million dollar yachts.

This was the perfect location for our family (two adults and two older teen boys). We felt very safe and we were able to walk (we like to walk) to everything we wanted to do. There was a small grocery store just a few blocks away for us to pick up breakfast, coffee, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. It was nice to sit above board and watch the sunset over the harbor. And the communication with Deb was great. It was nice to have a comfortable homebase for a few days in Boston. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and awesome communication

The location is awesome, you can walk to the USS Constitution and the ferry to the north end. Boat is very nice. The check in was amazing. Some advice- it is a steep step climb to the boat so pack accordingly (our heavy suitcases were a challenge but was workable
use duffles if you can (we were on the road for a while so this was on us). The only other thing to note is the stove does not work, we bought stuff to cook but it is just a microwave. Overall, awesome stay.

Good “Man-cation”

None of us had stayed on a boat before. We didn’t know exactly what to expect. Kind of like an RV on the water. Small but useable bathrooms. Good A/C. Comfortable beds. That’s all guys need.

Disappointed

The boat is old and the pictures are NOT current - bait and switch situation! There was a funky smell in the smaller bunk room, the fan was on full blast when we arrived, so I know they must have been trying to alleviate the funk. Lights broken and hanging in the larger bunk room (the owner did come and climb into our unmade bed and stuck it back in the wall, although it's not fixed, just wedged in the opening). One bathroom light was burned out and most of the light covers are missing. In the main cabin, there is a sharp screw sticking down out of one light. Vents in the bathroom were caked with dusk. The skyward hatch in the main bunk cabin, was also dirty, and not great since your face is about 2' away. A piece of trim was hanging off the main door. Furniture inside and out is worn and/or dirty. The outside of the boat is not well taken care of either, it's dirty, the upholstery is worn and there is junk wedged in all corners, an overturned plant, and there's a dirty tarp collecting water and leaves as you enter the boat. We received 4 pages of instructions and the instructions book in the boat had conflicting information. This was extremely overprices and we are so disappointed.

Not as romantic as it seems

Boat was pretty dirty. Inside and out. There was an ever present odor from the bilge that at times was quite strong. Only one of the bathrooms was operational the first night. Second night there was quite a bit of traffic on the dock that was loud. Bedclothes were all stained and old. For the money it was certainly not worth it.

Nice that could be cleaner.

It was everything we thought as far as location in the boat itself, but the exterior of the boat was in need of a cleaning the bathtowels. What didn't you and mildew smelling the betting was tingy. And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need.

Great & unique stay in Boston!

Our family of 5 loved the unique experience of staying on a boat in the Boston Harbor for our recent trip to Boston. While the boat is a little aged, it is well taken care of & provided a great short stay for my husband and I, and kids ages 15, 11 & 9. The Charlestown Marina is beautiful and very clean and safe, it was a great retreat from the busyness of Boston. Deb was great to communicate with and Sherrie was especially appreciated as she helped us get settled in the middle of a thunderstorm and torrential downpour. The small space might get a little cramped for a longer stay, but for our 2 night visit to Boston, it was the perfect fit!
