Pratique, proche de toutes les attractions de la région, shopping, plages, Sportsplex, Zoo et le golf sont dans votre cour arrière. Deux chambres plein écran, avec salles de bains complètes attachés à chaque. Une chambre avec un lit king size. L'autre chambre a 3 lits jumeaux. Il ya aussi un pouf qui se transforme en un lit simple. Un parc / berceau portable est également disponible. Des chaises pliantes pour votre commodité sont disponibles. Le porche arrière privé s'éloigne du gril extérieur. Piscine communautaire, salle d'entraînement, courts de tennis, foyer, coin salon près des étangs. Le condo est entièrement approvisionné. Produit de papier pour vous aider à traverser le jour / nuit. Ajoutez juste de la nourriture !! Dînez dans l'un des restaurants locaux ou acheter des fruits de mer frais et faire cuire votre propre. Partez pour une promenade du soir sur la plage pour un peu d'air frais de la mer. Les photos sont postées. Emplacement privé assez. Grand endroit de famille.

This property is roughly 5 miles from the beach. This place was amazing, great location and great price. If you have any question the manager will a very quick to respond. We will be back.

Everything was excellent!

We came to town for softball nationals in Foley. Perfect location to get to the softball complex and a short drive to the beach! Colony Club was very welcoming, safe, nice and friendly staff! Pool, hot tub and gym areas are really nice! Linda’s unit was perfect for our family of 4! Zero complaints, we will return it in the area again! Thanks for everything!!

Awesome space and host

Space was nice and clean. Plenty of room for a family of four. Pool on property is big and a great bonus. Host communication is excellent and check in/out is a breeze. Definitely try to come back here.

Perfect!

This property was even better than we expected! It's beautifully decorated and spacious. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful and Phyllis was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend this condo for a trip to Gulf Shores. The location is perfect if you're not looking to stay right on the beach.

We liked mostly everything about the property! The one and only downfall was the huge water bugs that came in or attempted to come in at night!! So if the outside of the property could be be sprayed for bugs, I wouldn’t have any complaints. The owner responded quickly to my message when we wanted to extend our stay another night! The pool was nice! Would definitely stay again!

Linda and Phillip started this venture together in 2011. We loved the location!
We reside in Baldwin County for over 25+ years where we raised 2 wonderful children. We live just a few miles away. We enjoy staying there any chance we are able to get away.
The location is perfect easy to get around. Private setting on back porch.

Location/Location. You are right in the middle of everything Gulf Shores has to offer. The new GULF SHORES ZOO walking distance. OWA THEME PARK, WATER PARK, The TRACK Beach is 4.5 miles to put you feet in the water. Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall 4.5 miles. Great restaurant, bar, entertainment. Just about anything you would like to do.Gulf Shores has it all. Never a dull moment in Gulf Shores. Yet Colony Club feels like Home, Private, Peaceful, Family involvement and Quite.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our condo to feel like home. Clean crisp colors with comfortable furniture. Relaxing by the pool. Evening at the Fire-pit and enjoying the Jacuzzi or play a little tennis. Being able to walk on the beautiful white sand beach at any time. We enjoy this property mostly in the off season. October, November, April and May are my favorite months here. It's not real busy then but the weather is still nice.
