House Rules


Minimum rental age: 25 years old.
Photo ID required once booking is made. The person making the booking must be staying for the duration of the time rented. You may not rent for other people.

There is a Ring camera on the front door for your safety and security as well as mine. Please do not at any time remove or block the camera. This will lead to you being removed from the property with no refund.

No smoking inside the unit, on the balcony, or in breezeways

No pets allowed per condo association rules (violations will result in fines)

Armbands are required to be worn at the pool at all times. 6 are provided and left for you in the condo. Lost armbands are charged to you at $25.00 per band.

Do not hang anything over the railings on the balcony. This will result in a fine from the HOA

All renters must pay a $150.00 refundable deposit for incidentals. This is different from the insurance. This may be sent by mail or Venmo @pennycolonyclubc7
