Welcome to your new favorite home at the lake!!! The family friendly complex is a gem. Located on the 31mm in the back of a cove. Enjoy fishing and kayaking in this quiet cove.
Take the elevator to first floor to this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo . It is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy! For you music enthusiasts- the condo is a quick 5 minute drive to the Ozark Amphitheater!
Have your coffee in the morning on the large screened porch with a bar that seats 4 and 2 additional chairs to relax in. Access to porch from the living room or primary bedroom.
Primary bedroom has a great view of the lake and blackout curtains to make the bedroom comfortable. There is a Roku TV in this room .
Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and larger closet with life jackets to borrow. There is a Roku TV in this room.
The bunk room has two sets of bunks beds, Roku TV, Xbox, games and toys to borrow. There is a blowup mattress under one of the beds.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs. There is a Keurig coffee pot with filters for the pot or bring your favorite K-cup!
The living room has a sectional with an electric fireplace which is cozy in the winter. There is a Roku TV in this space. There is free WiFi for your electronics.
Pets are NOT allowed for renters. Owners are allowed to have pets, so there may be pets on site. Glass is STRICTLY prohibited at the pool. Swimming off the docks is NOT permitted.

The Cave - swim up bar, cave to explore, good food and family friendly
Captain Ronâs - beach are with volleyball, roped off swim area and great music and food.
Ozark Amphitheater- enjoy a show at this wonderful venue - not a bad seat in this house!
Lots of golf course and wineries at the lake for a fun getaway in the spring or fall..
Shopping is convenient with Walmart and Gerbes are a 10 minute drive to load up for your stay.
We do not have a dock slip available with our unit.
