Belle Cuisine Gourmet W / comptoirs en granit, 9 'Granite Island, appareils haut de gamme. Deux belles vues à travers cheminées, unique Loft donnant sur le grand Greatroom W / beaux planchers de bois franc! 2 lits gigognes avec lits de nuit 2 Slip Dock avec plateforme de bain et échelle

Niveau inférieur a salle de théâtre, trois suites Master, grande grande / salle familiale avec 2ème cuisine et bar. Très bien situé au 1 mm du Niangua par l'eau et juste à côté de l'autoroute 5. La route est pavée jusqu'à la porte d'entrée. Super emplacement par terre ou par l'eau à tous vos restaurants préférés comme Larry's sur le lac, le poisson et la compagnie, le poisson méchant, le capitaine Rons Niangua Falls avec sa nouvelle zone de piscine et de plage. House was great for larger groups. Lots of space, clean and up to date, easy access to the water, good views. Only note is the internet is slow (but phone 5G was fine on most carriers).

Great place!

Beautiful clean house. Favorite area was the kitchen. It had everything you could imagine. Only complaint is parking is minimal so if you are bringing a boat you need to make arrangements for your trailer. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Great multiple family location for lakefront vacation

House is extremely nice with everything you needed there with kitchen conveniences, etc. Could do a little deeper cleaning (spiders, dead bugs, etc.) but was in general pretty good condition. The boat slips were very convenient for renting boats and wave runners from Pirate Pete's.

Reunion at the lake

Place was beautiful. We had a family reunion with 16 people of all ages. Having the dock and water access was a big hit with everyone. LeOnna was great to work with and the place was well stocked with most of the necessities. Many thanks for a great week.

Family getaway retreat

Great location and accomadations for family get together. Enjoyed fishing, swimming, boating and jet skiing on the lake. Weekends definitely got busier on the lake. Property manager was very accomadating and helpful. Sunrise with coffee on the balcony overlloking the lake was a favorite moment to start each day.

Wonderful Vacation

Property was as advertised. Wonderful house with all the amenities needed. The kitchen is awesome with top of the line appliances and well stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare your meals. The property manager was the best we had on the numerous home we rented.

Family Vacation 2021

We had a great family vacation in your home. This home is beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all the pans, bowls and utensils needed! The dock needs a bit of TLC and it would be nice to have some seating on the dock available as well. All in all - a great place for our large group!
