This house was AMAZING!!

My family of four, two adults and two kids, had plenty of room in this super clean and oceanside rental. We spent a lot of our time on the deck or on the beach
which is a few houses from its entrance. This house is even better in person (and that’s with the listing pics being adorable). Walking distance to ice cream, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and sunsets. It’s an old LBI feeling part of town. Nice and quiet. Hoping to stay here again next year! Thanks Roy!!!

Cute small place for a small family

Owners were great and fixed a small issue with the door entry. Overall a great location but I would only rent the top unit. Areas that can improve would be the following: Need a new cleaning service. Our place was not cleaned well and both tenants below complained about it as well. Also, the grill caught on fire the first night we used it. There was not much furniture. We brought our own tables for the bedrooms to put things. I also brought a my own umbrella and stand so we could enjoy the front deck. Also, the property in the back has a beautiful spot to enjoy with string lights. At a minimal a picnic table and some chairs would be highly suggested for nighttime dinners to relax maybe a hammock as well. Washer and Dryer - they are in your living space and our quite loud. Doors would be nice to block the sound. Hot water heater - this was extremely annoying for us in the top unit. It beeps all day long and is loud. We had to keep turning it off and on to stop the beeping sound. Also, it is required for the bottom unit to come to your unit on top to tell us to reset it for hot water. Little uncomfortable for both tenants. Overall great place just needs a new cleaning service and some TLC. Dan and Aimee Cooke

Best LBI Stay Ever!

This is a tastefully and comfortably furnished house which is also very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have found in a rental. The location is spectacular - close to the beach, stores, miniature golf etc. Of all my stays in LBI our stay in this house was the best ever. Everyone hopes to return for another visit!

LBI Getaway

Having stayed at many places on LNI north end, this was the best kept, spacious for the price and conviently located to beach, shops and restaurants I’ve rented. Owner is very responsive. House (rented upstairs) is well equipped with all the essentials. Absolutely clean when we arrived. Would definitely rent again

Great place to enjoy LBI

This place is special. Great street close to the beach and tram. On the second floor we had our meals out on the porch mostly grilled on an awesome grill. Worked so well with our children and grandchildren. Host and hostess pleasant to communicate with.

Family Get Together

Updated, spacious ocean side house

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs of this property, which was perfect to give us enough space and separation for our group! The house was clean, spacious, and updated. We loved how easy it was to walk to the restaurants and shops on Broadway, as well as get onto the beach. Owners were very flexible and quick to respond throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

I was able to stay at both the upstairs and downstairs parts of the property for my wedding weekend. The property was immaculate and accurate to the pictures. It created a great backdrop of wedding photos and was so close to great outdoor photo locations (beach, lighthouse, etc.)

Relaxing Long Weekend in LBI

Really enjoyed spending Labor Day weekend in Barnegat Light at this sun-filled, beautifully renovated, clean upstairs unit. We used the deck often and the outdoor shower was a plus. Only suggestion would be to add a new set of drinking glasses and wine glasses, as those were scarce. Otherwise a great place and one I would definitely recommend.

Plenty of room for everyone on a quiet street near the north end of LBI. Uncluttered and comfortable and very close to the beautiful beach and the bay. Handy tractor driven shuttle shortens the sandy trek to the water for the little ones.

We loved this very bright, clean house!

It was a real treat to stay so close to Old Barney for a change. If you are looking for a change of pace from the crowded, bustling towns of Beach Haven and Surf City, this is it. We loved the quietness of this block and the calmness of this beach. We enjoyed the freshest seafood possible at nearby restaurants.

Beds comfortable, home immaculate. Great locatIon on beach block. We had exceptional weather for walk on beach. Good restaurant walking distance. Could use a sectional sofa love seat not comfortable for 4 adults to lounge. TV did not work. Attempted to go over remote with owner, unable to get it to turn on TV or cable. Door would not lock. Other than that it was a lot of laughs great friends of 40 yrs.

Clean, updated, convenient

The property was very comfortable. The kitchen is recently updated, and we really enjoyed the open kitchen/family area which leads to the deck. The three bedrooms are efficient, not overly cluttered, and get a nice amount of natural light during the day. Barnegat Light is our favorite part of the Island, and this property is conveniently located for walking to the beach and several shops and restaurants.
