Havre côtier sur LBI dans le fond du navire

Maison récemment rénovée qui comprend 3 unités. Cette unité peut accueillir 7, 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec jardin privé, terrasse, barbecue, douche extérieure et buanderie partagée. Situé dans une rue calme côté baie avec un accès facile depuis la Chaussée. Un autre espace disponible sur la propriété pour 4 personnes si vous voyagez avec une autre famille. Doit avoir 25 ans ou plus pour louer l'espace. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

C'est une maison construite en 1940 avec une ancienne épine dorsale LBI, tout le reste est tout neuf! Mon mari et moi vivons dans la partie principale avant de la maison avec un studio latéral disponible pour une petite famille de 4 personnes et l'appartement arrière pouvant accueillir 7 personnes. Chaque zone a sa propre entrée privée, cour et barbecue / terrasse.

Nous sommes situés à Ship Bottom, à 6 maisons de la baie et à 2 pâtés de maisons de l'océan. À distance de marche, nous avons de nombreux restaurants, mini-golf, arcade, glaciers, magasins de jouets et locations de vélos, kayaks, paddle-board.

La navette LBI monte et descend l'île. Nous avons un accès facile sur et hors de l'île; à seulement 10 pâtés de maisons de la chaussée.

Cet espace est situé à l'arrière de la maison. C'est sur un parking dans la rue. Il y a une promenade privée sur le côté de la maison qui vous mène à votre cour privée avec terrasse et escalier menant à l'appartement. Il comprend une douche extérieure, un barbecue et une buanderie commune au rez-de-chaussée. Nous fournissons des couvertures et des oreillers, veuillez apporter draps et serviettes.

Il y a une entrée sans clé, vous pouvez donc vous enregistrer et vous-même.

Loved the time we spent ....the place was as described and was wonderfully decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great location...close to all a family would want including beach and bay both within a short walking distance. The home is centrally located to the beach, restaurants, and anything else you’d need for your stay. The hosts are so nice and available if you need anything. The home is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. I stayed the weekend with 3 other adults and 1 child, and it was a perfect size for all of us. Will absolutely be back!

Beautiful 2 BR apartment in Ship Bottom

The apartment was exactly as advertised-beautiful, clean and convenient location to beach and other attractions in Ship Bottom. The apartment is part of a family home with a separate entrance allowing for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a grill and outside shower are available in a private outdoor area. I would stay again in the future.

Wedding Weekend

The host was very easy to communicate with. The home is greatly located about 10 blocks from the bridge, and a quick walk to beautiful bay views. Coming in late September, there was plenty of street parking available. Definitely a good deal for families with a few beds for any kids you’re bringing along.

Best trip Short family stay

I accidentally went into the owners living quarters upon arrival since I assumed we were downstairs. Peter thought it was funny and didn’t make me feel silly at all. He led my family upstairs to a beautiful, clean space. It was fabulous. I hope we get the opportunity to stay here every year. (Especially now that I know where to go first)

Great place and very close to a lot. Was a little disappointed with the communication about left behind items which were certainly left behind. Possibly the cleaners issue when cleaning but still a little upset.

Very nice!

Very clean and very friendly hosts! Overall a great experience! The only thing I could recommend for improvement is that it be very clear somewhere that sheets/towels/pillows are not provided. I looked over very carefully all of the details of the stay and it did not say anywhere that we needed to bring these items with us. That being said, when we got there and told the host we didn’t bring anything, they did have spare sheets and blankets that they provided thank goodness. So very thankful for that! Other than that it was a great experience and would highly recommend! Just make sure you bring sheets/blankets/towels/pillows with you!

Great rental

Beautifully situated property surrounded by lovely gardens and shade trees. A peaceful, quiet location close to bayside sunsets with private outdoor seating/dining area. Perfect for family of four. Owners were very responsive and friendly.

Property immaculate, private outside shower, picnic table, grill, and yard! Shared washer/dryer.

House looks brand new, yard is well kept. Peter and Janet are very helpful and friendly while giving us our privacy. Our unit was spacious and the layout was perfect. We plan on renting again from them!

The owner was terrific

The owner, Mr. Peter B. was great. We arrived very late at around 10pm for the first night but there were a lot of flooding that evening throughout LBI. We could not find the house due to some street closures. We called Peter and he came out to meet us and lead us to the house using some back ways. He was very helpful, nice and kind. His house was not on a flooded street. The place was as described on the listing. My kids wanted to go to the same place the next time we are at LBI.
