Fantastique Maison de vacances avec de superbes vues de chaque pièce w / rénovations importantes!

Fantastique Maison de vacances 75 pieds de l'océan avec vue sur l'océan à couper le souffle depuis chaque chambre et l'enveloppement énorme autour des ponts. Des rénovations majeures achevées pour la saison à 2015. Les rénovations comprennent l'ajout d'un ascenseur, une nouvelle et élargie cuisine gastronomique avec tous les nouveaux haut de gamme (Monagram) appareils, nouvelle station de grillades en plein air avec un 42 'Lynx professionnelle grill, salles de bains entièrement rénovées, des améliorations pour les handicapés et bien plus encore!

Situé dans la section exclusive immobilier Loveladies de Long Beach Island. Six chambres dont deux avec salle de bains maîtres plus une reine et trois chambres doubles et deux autres salles de bains plus une salle d'eau. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées. Pas de lits superposés, lits gigognes ou d'autres choses techniques d'économie d'espace. Personne dans notre maison se sentent qu'ils ont été coincés avec une petite chambre ou foncé sur leurs vacances

Magnifiquement décorée et entièrement équipée pour tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour vos vacances. terrasse sur le toit avec vue panoramique sur l'océan et la baie. On y trouve aussi une connexion haut-débit sans fil Internet, une douche extérieure de luxe, un ascenseur pleine grandeur passagers plus un serviteur muet, foyer au gaz, moustiquaire porche et beaucoup plus.

Nous ne autorisons pas les mariages, bals ou d'autres grands partis. Non fumeur et sans animaux.

Our multi-generation family has been coming to LBI for years, and this was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The home is spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of the ocean and several great outdoor spaces. The kitchen and entire house was extremely well stocked which made it easy for everyone to feel at home.The owner was very communicative, kind, and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.The location was great, just steps to the beach in a quiet, peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

Many of our guests are “multi-generation” families and we designed our home to accommodate their needs including two living rooms, a full-sized passenger elevator, six spacious bedrooms and an easy short walk to the beach (just “steps away”). Families can all gather together to enjoy a meal around our over-sized dining room table or some can escape to a nice quiet spot.

These guests like many of our guests keep coming back. In this case, they come for family gatherings for off-season weekends. We find many people enjoy using our home home to gather the family or have a weekend get a way. Our rates during the off-season can make it a great alternative to booking several rooms in a hotel. And, you get so much more space in our home.

Great LBI House

We rented this house for a three generation family vacation, and it was everything we’d hoped for - fabulous location only two minutes to the beach; in a great area of LBI; house was very comfortable and had fabulous outdoor space which we used regularly; etc. Couldn’t have been better.

We have many multi-generation families that stay in our home. Often “grandma and grandpa” appreciate the elevator we have. Plus, many parents comment on how much room we have for everyone to spread out or come together for a family meal or gathering in one of our large common spaces. Our proximity to the beach (and very close to the lifeguard station) is another big plus for families.

This is a very comfortable and lovely place!

Great location on a quiet lane. The owner was promptly responsive to any question we had or issue with the house. Very well stocked for a large house and more than enough pleasant places to hang-out. Our family has a great stay!

This home is perfect for larger families that need space to spread out. Awesome amenities and proximity to the beach. We have been renters for many years here and enjoy a great relationship with the owner. We are huge fans!

We thank these guests for spending so many of their vacations in our home. They have already signed up again for 2019! Many of our guests comment on how spacious our home is. You won’t find any bunk beds, trundle beds or other “tricks” to pack more people into a home. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable and, to quote this guest, has “space to spread out”. Many of the families, particularly those with small children, appreciate our proximity to the beach.

Perfect getaway

My family (parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, cousins) were in town for a wedding and this house provided the perfect home base. It is a fantastic house to hang and the location was phenomenal. Loved the experience, we looked online to book next summer but already booked, our loss. Great place.

Well stocked, great location

The most well-stocked vacation rental home ever. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and throughout the house. Great home for large family vacations and the location is outstanding. The property owner is very friendly and provided a great, simple check-in experience. I highly recommend this property!

We try very hard to make sure our home is “well-stocked” as this guest noted. We know how frustrating it can be to rent a home and not have enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans or merely long for a juice squeezer! Our home sleeps 12 and that requires a lot of supplies so you are not running out of things. We also have two dishwashers to minimize the time you have to spend on your vacation doing the dishes! We appreciate this guest recommending our home.

Great place for a reunion

College reunion for a group of woman that had not seen each other in years. It was the perfect place with lots of bedrooms and places to gather and talk. I would guess it’s great for multiple families as well.

It was a pleasure staying in this home. It was able to accommodate a large group of adults with plenty of space. The house was in tip top shape and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. I look forward to coming back!
