Two bedroom, two full bathroom year round home. Main bedroom has a brand new king sized luxury mattress and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower big enough for two people. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with another full bathroom next to it. The gourmet kitchen has upgraded kitchen appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Wolf induction range and two wall unit stoves. Large L-shaped couch in living room and fire pit in front yard. A/C throughout the home as well as high speed internet.

The house worked out great for us. We went over to the town park several times and enjoyed the fire pit (calling to check the local fire safety status was new to me but understandable, especially given the amount of wildfires in MN/Canada).It is definitely quieter on the north side of the island which was just right for us. Thanks for letting us use the place!

Many thanks to both Melissa and Martin for the hospitality! We loved your place and didn’t feel like we were interloping in your home. Never having send that end of the island, we really loved the peace and quiet and beautiful night sky away from the wind and waves while we slept. We never used the fire pit but really enjoyed just sitting and chatting on the swinging bench on the front patio!The house is so roomy, we didn’t need all that space but still loved the coziness of the rooms and eclectic decor. The kitchen was a treat with all the counter space and the convection oven came in handy! Thank you for hosting us and being so accommodating! I’m so glad we got to meet in person, even for just a moment in the rain. We loved our stay and will be back!

Very nice, well appointed, spacious home with some fun surprises—the shower in the master suite was amazing! The kitchen had everything you could want, and there were thoughtful touches throughout. It’s tucked away in the quieter woods by the north shore, a nice getaway from the bustle in town. Our host was very responsive and checking in and out was easy. Would stay again!

Great place!!

We had a great experience. It was a quick driving distance to the big bay town park which makes it very convenient for beach access. Beautiful home with plenty of room for my children to hang out and play. The hosts are very thoughtful and quick to respond. Strongly recommend and will love to come back again.

Relaxing stay on the island!

We really enjoyed staying here - the house is very nice and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and check-in was super easy. The kitchen is amazing and has anything you might need for making meals. It’s located in a quieter part of the island with a nice fire pit area to hang out and relax. It’s close to both big bay state and town parks where we spent a lot of time exploring with our little one. The owners were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again!
