Modern Open Concept Townhouse with Spectacular Mountain Views and close to town

From the moment you arrive you will be awe struck by the pure beauty of the mountains. Stepping inside, you will notice the newness; everything is clean and fresh. The open concept living area will welcome you and your family or guests and allow you really enjoy each other. Access to the large deck is right off the living area and provides the perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the morning, a beverage in the evening, and a great place to hang out and chat. No matter what, you will be treated to expansive views of the mountains to the East. Watch the sun rise over the peaks, or the sunset's glow in the evening. A great cozy space for the kids and teens has also been created in the heated garage. The bedrooms are spacious and sleep 8 comfortably: a King bed in the primary suite (plus futon), a Queen in the 2nd Bedroom and a two Queen bunk in the 3rd Bedroom. Space to spread out and wonderful areas to be together and enjoy the beauty and splendor of the Rockies together. Age 35+ required to book.

This home was fantastic! Everything lived up to expectations. It had a central location to all of the ski resorts we wanted to visit. Over a 9 day period we optimized our Epic pass and skied Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek. All of these resorts were within 45 minutes of the home. After our day in the slopes we really enjoyed coming home to this home. Perfectly appointed with great applicances, TVs in every room, and great beds and linens throughout. The host where also very responsive if needed during the time we rented. I would not hesitate to book this hike once again if I am back in Silverthorne.

Just Like Home!

We had a fantastic long stay in Silverthorne. This property was extremely well-stocked and spotless when we arrived. They clearly put a lot of thought into everything that you need to feel at home while staying in the townhouse. The master bed is very comfortable and linens/towels high quality. The heated garage is such a luxury and has spoiled us for future stays in the area. Such a game-changer to be able to get into a warm car on a cold, snowy morning. Bill was friendly and responsive as a host and made sure that we had everything we needed. This is a property that we will be returning to when we're back in the area.

We are so happy to have our beautiful new place in the Rocky Mountain paradise of Silverthorne. We love to take care of our place and share it with others, so they can thoroughly enjoy the area as well

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Close to many great, world class, ski areas and all the other mountain activities, but also really close and with easy access to the Blue river and Silverthorne town. The Blue river is only a few minutes walk away with a bike path along the river leading right into town. There are also many other options to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy the sounds of nature and the views.

The townhouse is brand new. It's modern open concept is ideal for families hanging out in the morning for breakfast with the sun beaming into the living area from the east. After a full day of activities enjoy hanging out together, dining, watching a movie or playing games. The extra area in the garage is also unique, and offers another hang out area to watch a movie, play XBox or other game.

We also have paid attention to all the little details like a welcome basket with goodies, stools and counter eating, iron and ironing, Pack n Play and high chair, first aid kit and sewing kit, makeup remover, Q-Tips, cotton balls and makeup towels. A fully stocked kitchen with a selection of coffees, teas, hot chocolate and a great selection of spices.
