Thank you so much, Robert! Those are high praises, and I really appreciate them. I definitely try to be as helpful as I can and to ensure a clean, comfortable, well-stocked house. I regret that I don't have control of the wind and the waves. :-) It was a choppy weekend on the lake for the inaugural trip in your new boat. Hoping for calmer waters for you and your family on your next outing!!

Thank you, Nikki! Love that you all enjoyed your stay so much you want to come back! And thanks for pointing out that both the inside and the outside were enjoyable. I agree the outside is one of the best parts. Glad you found me easy to deal with too. :-) Hope to see you again!

Thank you, Joshua! So very glad your family was able to spread out and have fun. Family times are the best times, especially when you have your own spaces. 😄. The weather mostly cooperated, and I hope you thoroughly enjoyed your boat time on the lake. Of course, weather was probably most beautiful on the day you arrived and the day you left! Would love for you to come again. And thank you for taking such good care of the house. Could hardly tell ya’ll had been there!

Hello Melanie! Thank you for the amazing 5 star review! We agree it is a beautiful, spacious home with stellar views and tons of wildlife around to watch. It's great to hear you enjoyed your stay and we hope to host you in the future! Thanks NBE

Casey, it is very unfortunate you have chosen to write such a dishonest review. During your stay we received complaints from 6 different neighbors. It started on the first with a raging party with blasting music until 3-4am. Then your trash was left outside from the party to blow all over the property and into neighboring properties. At that point one our staff members contacted you regarding these 2 issues and you stated it would not happen again and the trash would be taken care of. However the complaints from neighbors continued because you and your group were trespassing onto multiple neighboring properties and getting into arguments with these neighbors who asked you to stop trespassing (we have been provided with video footage). At that time we called you again and firmly explained that if we received another complaint about inappropriate and illegal behavior going on at the property we would have no choice but to move forward with the eviction. You signed a rental agreement that stated the quiet hours of this home and you displayed no respect for the others that live in this neighborhood. We have hosted many groups in the past and this is the first time we have ever been contacted by the neighbors. - New Braunfels Escapes

Stephanie, Thank you for your honest review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at this wonderful home! Pertaining to the Pollen/fallen leaves, we sent maintenance out the day prior or day of your arrival to clean up the outside. However with the excessive pollen falling by the hour its hard to keep up with. Our sincerest apologies! We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your guests again in the near future! Thanks, NBE

Thanks, Anna! You covered everything! I had forgotten to mention our sometime guest neighborhood peacock! The deer are our constant guests. I'm sure they appreciated their morning breakfasts, especially during this horrible drought. Glad you enjoyed the view and all the other features of the house. We love hearing how our guests enjoy their stay. Thanks for noting it all!

Elia, Thank you so much for the fantastic 5 star review on this stunning home! We are so glad that you and your guests enjoyed your stay with us! We absolutely enjoyed hosting you and hope to have the opportunity to host you guys again in the near future! Thanks, NBE

Thanks, Nathan! I'm a little late responding to your review, but it's not because I don't appreciate ya'll! You were a great group of friends, and I'm so glad you chose our house to celebrate a birthday and get together for a fun river trip. Fun on the river and a great view of the lake. Sounds good to me!

Thanks, Jennifer. Glad you and your friends enjoyed your stay!

Thanks, Cheyenne! Glad your extended family enjoyed their stay and that everyone had plenty of room to spread out in. Thanks for noting cleanliness too!

Hi, Danica, and thank you for the great review! I had to laugh at your comment that everyone LOVED the pink Cadillac bedroom. I know I love it, but I wondered if the guys could handle that much of my favorite color. Of course, if Elvis Presley could handle a pink Cadillac.... And I am so glad everyone found the beds comfy and that everyone had plenty of room to spread out in. We do have some very friendly deer in the neighborhood. They will miss you. :-)

Thank you, Nancy! I’m so glad you and your family were able to get together for Thanksgiving at Canyon Lake and that you chose our house to do so. I’m also glad you found the kitchen well equipped, though I do have to admit that I had forgotten to add a hand mixer. Hadn’t thought of that till you asked, and then as I was whipping up my own mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving! That will be our next addition for sure. I love the view of Canyon Lake too, but I haven’t actually seen the sunrise. Will have to do that soon on your recommendation. 😄

Thank you, Darlene! What an exciting time for you and your family—a milestone birthday and a milestone accomplishment! I’m so glad you chose to stay with us and that you found everything so accommodating. We love our fur babies too, so I know how important it was for you to be able to include them in the celebrations along with the rest of the family. We are very thankful you enjoyed your time at Canyon Lake, and we really appreciate your kind words and great review. I wish you could come back to visit, but I know you are going to be a resident of Canyon Lake very soon, and that’s even better!

Thanks, Derek! Glad you found us for your great gathering of family and friends!
