The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and beautiful. Any questions we had the owner answered immediately. Highly recommend.

Cape Coral house
Spacious house with beautiful floors. Beds were comfortable. The family loved the pool. Pool was deep so we kept the kids in life jackets. The property manager was very nice and responsive.

Real time update
Everything looked good on website. Master bed was really soft and low to the floor. The other King bedroom was even lower and appears to be the same type mattress. We had a fly infestation while there we had to deal with. Kitchen china and utensils are this and that. Pool was nice but cold and no heat available.Pool scenes are overgrown with plants and scrubs laking any care. very close to Del Prado so noisy. Garage is unusable for vehicles.

It's terrible you had such a bad experience, never mentioned any complaints during a whole month you stayed, bed is low as Modern style, description as South Beach style and regarding dishes has 2 different sets which don't aware of such issue , pool heater is clear on the page that the house don't provide pool heater. I'm very sorry for your discontent, hopefully in the future we will have you back

Got there and everything was fine at first until we couldn’t get in since the lock was jammed. Even after we were able to get into the house we found out that the air conditioning was broken so we had to cancel our plans on our short stay and wait for the ac guy to come and fix it. When the ac guy finally came I was speaking with him and he had told me that the ac was frozen up and had no filter and that he’s been telling the owner to get a new one for the past 2 years. The floors and dishes were also a little dirty and there was a dead cockroach found in one of the rooms on the floor. The communication with the owner wasn’t very great either, we reached out to her and asked politely if there could be any compensation given due to the inconveniences and she responded very unprofessionally saying things like “don’t try to play games with me” and said that we could’ve went out and caught the roach and planted it there. There was no reason for her to respond the way she did we wanted to do things peacefully but regardless of that we tried to make the most out of our stay.

Unfortunately, like you mentioned you complained about a roach all you wanted was a credit to stay for free and my response to you was Nice try but I never seen a person that after 24 hrs staying at the house I'm offered to you to vacate the property and return your money because in a case like that I wouldn't want to stay one more minute. I said if you check on all platforms I own 3 properties there where are 5 🌟 no reason to stay if you felt so much complaints. I asked you to leave and your money was going to be refunded but when guest saw it wasn't going to work the strategy request to talk on the phone nicely to please start new that they wanted to stay until the end of the booking plus I have pictures of the way you left the house. Refrigerator full of food , kitchen full of dirty dishes and Pans. As you mentioned air conditioning got frozen and the technician showed up in less than 15 minutes that I have your messages saying how appreciate you were. Unfortunately my rental is not for free maybe there are other places that are able to do scams but not in here. I wish I could attach the pictures of the way the house was left
