TURQUOISE WATER AND WHITE SAND IS CALLING! OUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO AWAITS YOUR STAY!

We’re a very short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and the famous Pompano Joe’s.

Our condo is located in Sandprints which is a 2nd story, 2-level condo located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This unit features a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony on the main level. Up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed with Tempur-pedic topper and the other with a queen bed with a comfortable Tempur-pedic mattress. Enjoy privacy in both bedrooms as each has their own bathrooms and balcony. Located conveniently in the hall between the bedrooms is a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space.

Your parking space is just steps away from your door, and there’s a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you’ll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. Come see why our condo at Sandprints is the perfect place for your next family beach vacation.

This was a wonder experience. The location is great -just a few blocks from the beach. The place is super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were super responsive when we asked for suggestions on places to eat/visit prior to our trip.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property with our 3 young adult children and it was great! The location was perfect and only one block from the beach. The condo complex was quiet and the pool area was clean and nice to swim in. I would stay here again!

Lovely place

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very close to the beach (2 blocks) & our favorite restaurant, Pompano Joe’s. It faces the very green courtyard with a pool. Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant.

Great location

The condo is in a great location! Close to restaurants and grocery stores, but even better close to the beach. My family and I packed our little beach wagon and walked to the beach, which only took 3-4 minutes. I loved being able to walk back and forth whenever I wanted to. The pool was very clean and the entire stay was kid friendly/family friendly. The condo was also clean and had everything we needed.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and in a great location. Just a couple minute walk to an unbelievably beautiful beach. The pool was very clean and our kids had so much fun in it. The owners were very nice and answered all of our questions quickly. They also gave us a bunch of recommendations for restaurants to eat at and activities to do. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Easter Break '25

We normally go to the FMB area, but wanted something closer. This beach is only 11hrs away from Southern Illinois and doable in a day. Thos duplex had everything we needed and was only a couple blocks away from the beach. The hosts were great at communicating. I'd definitely consider staying again. Owner was great with communication. Beds were comfortable with memory foam. The only negative thing we had was the older couple that were under us(I’m assuming they owned the place because they didn’t have parking papers in their vehicle) were very rude and would bang on the door if he thought we were walking too hard or too much. At one point he banged on our door at midnight scared my son and us to death and woke us up because he did not like how we parked. So if they happen to be there be aware. If they are not then you will have a great stay.

Easy access

Coworker and I stayed here for work. About a mile from work and block from beach. Very comfortable and convenient. Beds were comfortable as well. Need throw blankets for living room because upstairs was warm but downstairs was cool. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Cozy condo

We had the best time at this condo. Perfect spot for getting to the beach. There are two public parking lots right across from the beach. You could walk to the beach from this place. We chose to drive each day, which was nice. The hosts were wonderful and readily available if a question came up. We will be back!

Very nice property!

This property is very nice! The condo is tastefully decorated, and everything was in excellent condition! Thoughfull consideration was given to everything needed for cooking, chairs for the beach, and tv’s in both bedrooms as well as common area downstairs. It also has 2 1/2 bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! It is in walking distance to the beautiful emerald coast beaches! You won’t regret booking this one!

Wonderful property

The property was as described. Very clean and welcoming as you enter. The welcome book was a very nice touch as it had all the information you needed for checking in, the dos and dont’s at the property, restaurants nearby, and checking out. The management was also great. They kept in touch and was very quick to respond should you need guidance on anything. Definitely recommended.

Beach trip

Property easy to find, parking was in front of unit and convenient for unloading and loading car. Unit was clean enough upon entering and nothing notable to report to the host.Some updates to the unit with flooring and cabinets were nice. New looking patio set.There is no sidewalk to get to scenic 98 where the bike/walking path are so there is some road walking/on the shoulder of a fairly busy road. Not something that this condo can do about but just something to note for accessibility.
