Fully renovated and updated, the space plays the perfect host for a romantic getaway for two or a wine weekend with friends. Newly renovated two bedroom (one king, one double) one bath daylight basement apartment.

Guest access
A code for the deadbolt lock on the entry door with be sent to you on your arrival day.

Things to note: Per the listing there is no washer & dryer available.
There is AC & heat however, guests DO NOT have access to the controller in your accommodations. The basement naturally stays cooler than the rest of the house. We turn on the AC once the weather reaches 80 degrees. Heat is turned on when the weather is 45 degrees or less. For your comfort we have both portable fans & heaters available for use that are high quality and user friendly.
Our daylight basement apartment offers a kitchenette. There is NO oven or stove top available. There is a microwave for you to heat up meals or food as you desire. Please refer to our complete list of amenities located in the listing.

Additionally:
A lovely space away from the hustle and bustle of town. Instead of the hum of vehicles, you'll hear the whisper of the trees. The treed location calls for satellite internet that can be intermittent during inclement weather. The property was purchased in the Fall of 2022 and the owners promptly began the reforestation process.

Pets NOT allowed.
Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
No children under the age of 10 yrs old.
NO fires.
NO RV parking allowed.
This property has maximum occupancy and maximum car limits and may have specific parking instructions
No outside guests are allowed without prior permission from hosts.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced 8pm-8am.
NO EVENTS of any kind allowed.
VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF BOOKING PAYMENT.
