Le 1101 NW Elm St Cottage est une base fantastique pour votre visite dans la rĂ©gion viticole de la vallĂ©e de Willamette. La vallĂ©e compte plus de 500 Ă©tablissements vinicoles et le chalet est situĂ© Ă  une heure du mĂ©tro de Portland et de la cĂŽte de l'Oregon. Le chalet a Ă©tĂ© mĂ©ticuleusement rĂ©novĂ© en 2017 et contient maintenant de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un Ă©vier de ferme, des planchers en bois d'origine, de nouveaux luminaires, une nouvelle laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse dans une buanderie immaculĂ©e, tous les nouveaux appareils de plomberie, une cheminĂ©e Ă©lectrique romantique, un Ă©cran plat TĂ©lĂ©vision avec Bluetooth et son surround. Well appointed, cozy home with just the right amount of space for two people. Walkable to dining/shops in town and a great launching point for area wineries. Host was very responsive and provided a few favorite nearby spots to check out. Would definitely stay again!

Sweet McMinnville Cottage!

We were in the area for a wedding and had never been in Oregon before. We traveled from our home state of Vermont with minimal luggage so we were thrilled to find everything we could possibly need. The house is beautifully appointed and absolutely adorable! Communication with the host was easy, entry to the house was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Get Away Location

It started out as a solo trip but I ended up having a friend come along. We both loved the cottage. It was the exactly as pictured, quiet and very comfortable for two people. We walked to the main street everyday to work off some of the great food and wine that we sampled. This is my second year in a row that I have spent a few days in this area and I hope to be able to come back in the fall. Would definitely hope to stay in this cottage again and would highly recommend.

Charming and Convenient

We stayed at this lovely little home in the fall/winter of 2024. It is extremely well-stocked and cleverly arranged. A comfortable bed, plenty of fluffy towels, a fully stocked kitchen with many basics to get you started on your stay, and a quiet neighborhood added to our enjoyment. The home is extremely clean and perfect for two adults.

Three night stay Thanksgiving Weekend

The cottage was perfect for our three night stay. It was exceptionally clean, had a super comfy bed, and lots of nice touches. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The location is great for visiting the downtown area and close to so many wineries. I highly recommend this property!

Charming!

This small home within walking distance of McMinnville's historic downtown is charming, well-stocked, comfortable and extremely clean. Fluffy towels, a well-supplied kitchen should you choose to eat in, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood and street. We have stayed here twice, during fall and winter, and it was warm and toasty. The electric fireplace is great. I imagine the covered back patio is wonderful for relaxing during a summer trip. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and Comfy!!

This was just a quick getaway and even though we had to cut it short we really enjoyed McMinnville.This cottage was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable, the linens and pillows were luxurious. I really liked the neighborhood. It was safe and the location was convenient. Although we didn't really use the kitchen, it was large and fully equipped. Top notch host!

I fell in love with the Willamette Valley on my very first visit. The incredible wineries and breathtaking countryside speak for themselves. What really attracted me was the warm, friendly locals and vintage 3rd St. in downtown McMinnville with its unique tasting rooms and restaurants.

One of the City's quietest neighborhoods, but less than a mile form America's 2nd Best Main Street (Parade Magazine). Use of entire house with parking and covered deck for quiet afternoons.
