Mountain Cabin surrounded by woods and views + Hot Tub

Mountain cabin located in the Rockies! Sleeps 4 and offers privacy with one acre land lot and a secluded location. Cozy up in the living room and watch a movie, relax in the Hot Tub or get out in nature for a hike. Enjoy a coffee or wine in the deck with vast views. Take your remote work to the mountains with high internet speed. Close to Colorado Trail, many fishing lakes, biking and off-roading. Bring your own food to cook in our kitchen. 50 minute drive to Breckenridge ski resort.

The space
Once you enter the Cabin you will find the kitchen and living room with a 4 person dining table. On the same floor will you find a full bathroom and a bedroom with a 2-twin size bunk bed (with private door). Upstairs you will find an additional bedroom with a queen size bed. Outside of the cabin on the first floor you will find a deck with plenty of seating area, bbq grill and Hot Tub. The Cabin has a driveway that fits two vehicles for parking.

The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, normal coffee machine and all utensils/cooking essentials. No condiments/coffee ingredients or cooking oil provided. There is gas furnace heating and a mobile AC unit upstairs. For the most part of the year in the mountains, days and nights are pretty cool. There is also a fan if needed.

Guest access
You have access to all parts of the cabin except the locked doors which is were we keep our family personal belongings.

Typical Weather:
When visiting in the winter, guests should be prepared for the possibility of snowfall and cold temperatures.

Driving:
The aforementioned extreme temperatures/climate can make driving a challenge during these months. Guests are advised to use vehicles with AWD. Note that getting to the Cabin only requires about 2-3 minute driving on lightly inclined off road terrain and roads are plowed when snowed.

Heating:
The Cabin is heated with a normal gas furnace system. The furnace should be sufficient to maintain a comfortable temperature in the cabin but, if something fails. You may need to use the wood stove to maintain a comfortable temperature inside. Firewood and instructions for lighting/using the wood stove are provided.

Other things to note
1. Only 2 pets are allowed. Please add pets to reservation. $50 per per per stay fee.
2. No smoking inside the property.
3. No open fires are allowed as per county restrictions. Grill is okay to use.
4. If available, early check in or check out is possible for $25 each.
