It is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway or homebase for your outdoor adventures without the crowds of a mountain resort.

This beautiful home has 3 stories. The huge master suite with stunning views is located on the top floor and includes a king-sized bed, full bathroom with heated floor, dressing area, and dedicated workspace. There is a queen-sized air mattress with linens, located in the master bathroom closet for additional sleeping arrangements. There is a visually private nook off of the master bath - a great place for the air mattress or morning yoga.

The main floor includes the second bedroom with a king-sized bed, second bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry room along with access to the wonderful wrap around deck.

The walkout basement is unfinished but has plenty of room to play, store your toys, and get suited up for adventures.

The coffee bar includes whole beans, a grinder, pourover, and a traditional drip coffee machine. Hot chocolate and tea are provided as well as instant oatmeal.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen for you to create your favorite recipes and includes cooking oil, basic spices, flour, sugar, and a few other goodies. If you forget an item, Fairplay has the closest grocery store and is about a 30-minute drive.

This mountain home is located in the Stagestop community in Jefferson, Colorado. It looks down on the Tarryall Creek.

There are endless possibilities for outdoor adventure. You will be close to the Tarryall, Antero, Spinney Mountain, and Eleven Mile reservoirs, lots of high mountain lakes including Jefferson Lake, and high mountain streams. There are many 13ers including Silver Heels, and 14ers including Mt. Democrat, Mt. Lincoln, and Mt. Sherman. Kenosha, Boreas, and Georgia passes are close by. If you enjoy gravel biking, there are numerous adventures awaiting you. You are surrounded by the Pike National Forest. Breckenridge ski area is about 45 minutes away. Fairplay and Bailey are within a 30 minute drive.

Nearby fishing includes Tarryall Creek, Michigan Creek, Jefferson Creek, the South Platte - including the Dream Stream, Cheesman Canyon, and Deckers, the Tarryall, Antero, Spinney Mountain, and Eleven Mile reservoirs, lots of high mountain lakes including Jefferson Lake, and even more high mountain streams. It really is a fisherman's paradise!

The cabin will accommodate 4 people easily. Up to 6 are allowed - there's a blow-up queen size mattress and linens - but there is a $25 per day charge for each person over 4 people.

You'll have access to the entire home and the two-car garage. You'll use a keypad to unlock and lock the front door. To access the garage, you will use the garage door opener which is located in the home.
