Vary convenient location with public transport, food, restaurants, and grocery stores very nearby. Area is walkable and easy to get to downtown from the place.

The place was great. My family and I slept comfortably and apartment was clean. Everything that we needed was nearby as far as shopping and the host was very friendly and communicated well. Parking can become an issue so I do suggest paying for parking which can turn out to be very expensive depending on your length of stay. We did on street parking and had to leave the room to pay every 6 hours

The pictures online of the place to what we actually got was highly disappointing. Water damage on the ceiling and dirty floors and bathrooms. Also Be careful that the hot and cold water in one bathroom are backwards, I literally burned my mouth when brushing my teeth. The toilet in that bathroom has steaming hot water in the bowl. Super hot on your (blanks) when the water splashes up on them. The noise factor at night was a huge problem too, we planned on normal Chicago things but it was blaring music from groups of people who hang out on the sidewalk or fighting and yelling until 1-3am every night just outside our windows. The patio area was disgusting compared to the photos online. Trash and weeds everywhere and the furniture was dirty and old and looked like they were 20 years old. Would never rent here again.

The communication was excellent and very prompt, The parking lot was across the street from the building and did have in/out privileges which was convenient. Our unit was on the second floor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were directly on the street. Only the "electronic" lock on the door was available and the lock in the door handle was missing, so my grown daughter wanted to leave right away and go to a hotel, but we stayed. We could hear the groups of people talking that were standing on the street and there were cars and motorcycles revving their engines and racing from 10pm until early morning making it difficult to sleep. We were not given enough bath towels for the number of guests so we had to ask the person at the desk to get 1 additional. One of the two hair dryers was broken. The water flow in the shower was poor at times and good other times. We had a tv in each bedroom and the living room, but the batteries were dead in some of the remotes, so we switched the batteries from one remote to the other, depending on which tv we wanted to watch. The dishwasher was loose in the cabinet, so we had to force the door closed before it would run. The unit is old and in need of repairs - cabinets in bathroom were chipped. The floor rugs had curled ends which was a safety concern for tripping. Plenty of closets but no dressers for clothes other than two small ones by the beds. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out them.
