Worked very well for me and my 6 children. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating and dishes. There was even a high chair and pack and play for my youngest. We were in town to go to the Shedd and Field museum the location was perfect.

Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area.

The location and price are good but cleanliness and maintenance issues will keep us from re-booking this property. The beds are comfortable and free parking on site is available. The unit is downstairs and may not be accessible for all people.

Stayed here for our annual sibling's weekend. My sister was able to have her own bathroom, and we each had comfortable bedrooms. Having a full kitchen was marvelous. Ryan was very responsive, even though we had no issues with the property. Not too many dining options in the immediate area, but all the best of Chicago is a quick Uber or CTA ride (or longer walk) away. We are definitely planning on returning next year!

Our family of six stayed for an amazing week in Chicago. It is such a perfect spot for not only the space it allowed us but also the location. Anytime we needed anything, the host was available and willing to help in any way. So grateful we found such an awesome place!

Overall, it was a great stay. There were a few things that could have been improved. Here’s a list of things that stood out:PROS:-Clean space. -Well stocked and furnished. -Washing machine and dryer were a plus.-Reasonably close to downtown. -Great entertainment system. IMPROVEMENTS THAT COULD BE MADE:-More advanced notice of how to access the room. (We were notified only an hour before check-in time.)-There was no indication that the room was on the lower level in the listing, so we were able to hear everything happening upstairs, from running and jumping footsteps to the TV. It was difficult to sleep at night with all this noise and disruption. -AC vents are directly above your headboards in two of the bedrooms. For those who are sensitive, you either get a head cold from the AC or you turn off the AC and sleep in the extreme heat and stuffiness. Other than that, we enjoyed the space. Thanks for hosting us!
