This one bedroom, two bathroom beachview condo with bunks will fit your needs. The condo sleeps six thanks to a regal queen size bed in the bedroom, a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room and kid friendly bunks in the hallway. You'll enjoy stunning gulf views from the spacious living room, kitchen AND private balcony. Why just look at the gulf when you can feel and smell it? Gulf breezes, warm Florida sunshine and fresh salt air await on your oversized balcony. It's big enough to accommodate your entire party!

When you're ready to explore the resort, you'll discover that the property lives up to its name. The Grand Panama Beach Resort is truly grand uniting architectural excellence with 650 feet of beachfront and first-class amenities. Guests who expect more will be treated to two spa pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor grills, meeting space plus all of the dining and shopping options that the gated community offers.

There is a registration fee paid online of $50 for a parking pass and wristbands. A 2nd pass is available to add on for $30.

We had a good vacation but this property is not worth the money. It’s not clean the floor was disgusting we had to wear shoes to walk around in, there was black hair in the shower and the shower also leaks a hazard size amount of water we almost had many accidents of slipping, there was a blood stain on one of our pillows and the second bathroom is constantly running and smells like an outhouse. There’s rust on the side of it from obvious plumbing issues. There’s mold around the kitchen sink, the ac unit is in the master room and is extremely loud when it kicks on sometimes and the place looks like it’s had no updates since they built it. The WiFi doesn’t work so I hope you’re not depending on it for service, and the ocean view is only visible from the dining table or the kitchen sink. There’s no cameras on the building and someone threw something off of the balcony shattering my car windshield checkin was hell because they only have anyone who can help you from 9-5 so if you were coming in at night and paying for an extra day you don’t even get to spend in the unit only to have to play voicemail tag with support and robots bc they have 5 different email accounts emailing you information and it ends up in spam. I feel we should be refunded for the first night at least. The phone doesn’t work at all, customer service is extremely hard to get ahold of for anything at all takes hours for a response sometimes and be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes for an elevator.

Not the value expected

The room was fairly clean. Had a terrible smell when we first arrived. Balcony furniture is terribly outdated and falling apart. Bed is very difficult to sleep on. Tried to contact the owner, no response

Check in was horrible. They gave me the wrong address. We

When I called management they gave me the run around and hung up on me. The address I was given was for Tower one. The agent on the phone even verified that I was at the correct condo. I was not able to gain access after midnight on the first night. I email the property manager and they never responded. I fell I should be refunded for the first day

Nice location

Enjoyed our stay, but found out when we arrived that we were never told which tower we were to stay in. Needed security to escort us to figure out our room. Room was nice but not as well maintained as the one directly below it that my parents stayed in. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Great location, quick walk to the beach, across the street but easy access through pedestrian bridge connecting secondary tower to primary. Condo was a little outdated and some of the lamp bulbs must’ve been blown because they didn’t work, but other than that it was great! 🙂

Great Location

The location was perfect and the ease to the beach was great. The condo had everything we needed and we felt comfortable. Love the view of the ocean. We do wish the condo was cleaner, it was the floors. The floors needed mopping. But will stay they again.

The property was great but the condo need Work

The property was good but inside the condo you need stuff to cook with outside furniture needs to be Fixed No Pot holders and only one tea towel in the kitchen

Great location and staff

The room was very nice but the furniture had lots of stains needed to be replaced or reupholstered. Had several lights out in the kitchen the dishwasher was not working properly but all in all it was a nice vacation it was all about the beach!! I would stay there again.

Cleanliness was very poor!

floors were filthy...after showering you had to put shoes on right away or the bottom of your feet were black! Ac was so loud! Everytime it came on it sounded like a tornado cumn thru...loved the pool didnt like that the tower was across from the beach. It was ok but I wouldn't rent this place again.
