Although this condo was on the 3rd floor (top) it was great. If anything, good for your health! No elevators, just stairs. We really appreciated the amenities and thoughtfulness of the owners.

The management group was wonderful keeping us informed on everything we needed to know during our stay. The location was close to everything but far enough away to not be crowded. Our unit was beach side so we were able to enjoy our balcony. When we needed a break from the sand we hopped on over to the pool, which was well maintained and very clean.

Enjoyable Stay, Very Minor Inconveniences

It's between two areas of the beach with large highrise condos, making those beach areas busy. The beach in front of this condo is much less crowded and pretty peaceful. The condo has all you need to stay and enjoy your time. We will certainly book again! The very minor inconveniences were, the day before we were to leave, the owners swapped the daybed with trundle for a full size in the loft. No biggie, except our two daughters were going to use the day bed and trundle and did not want to share the same bed (restless sleepers). So one had to sleep on the couch. Which is a pull out but appears that the legs on the pull out have been bent. The other issue was on our drive in, we received another call, that the fridge had gone out and we had a much smaller one to use while during our stay. But they had it there and ready. Lastly, they state they provide one package of laundry detergent, we had 4 packs for dishwasher only. No biggie, we bought more. All in all, we recommend this place and the management company was helpful in communicating the changes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 and thought we were getting two bedrooms plus a loft. Instead we got one bedroom and loft. No biggy but misleading.. Everything else was great! The kitchen is well stocked and the provided beach towels along with beach chairs and umbrella! That made the stay so nice. Our twins absolutely loved the spiral staircase and loft with their own TV. Seeing them happy made us even happier. Not having room key cards to manage was fantastic, too. We loved that is is a small and quiet place because the beach was never crowded like is us in front of big resorts. The beach front at Nautical Watch is gold. We loved our stay and would do it again. In the reviews before renting it was stated that it was a spotless clean place. Well, there is a giant stain on the sofa, the ceiling fans were dirty and the upstairs trundle was damaged. However, none of these things kept us from having a wonderful stay, just another misleading point in our booking process.
