This was a combined family vacation 10 of us …loved we were so close to the beach and the park across the street was great for the dog that was with us….able to run here and on the beach. It was sad to leave as we really had a wonderful bonding time for the family we only get to see a couple of times a year. Celebrated a birthday here.

Belated Happy birthday! 🎂🎈 We are so incredibly touched that our home could be the backdrop for such a special family reunion. When you only get to see each other a couple of times a year, those bonding moments are absolutely priceless. We are thrilled that all 10 of you had a wonderful time, and we love hearing that the pup got to run around and enjoy both the park across the street and the beach! It really is the perfect spot for the whole family (furry members included) to make lifelong memories. Pros: The home had clean comfy beds and a spacious kitchen with everything you might need and then some. We liked that it was so close to the beach and the convenience of the supplied beach towels and the outdoor shower. Cons: The grill was very old and not useable and some of the cabinetry in the kitchen was broken or had missing handles. Parking was a little hard to come by for overnight guests.

Great location, easily accessible to beach and park. Spacious and perfect for large family gathering. Parking is challenging. The property could use a little attention in the courtyard area. Barbecue grill was basically unusable due to rust and dirt. The whole back area was trashy and unappealing, but great for dogs to roam around in. Otherwise a good find, and we hope to return next year if the property hasn’t been sold.

Amazing place to stay. My family had a great time. The park is right across the street and you can walk down to the beach. Grocery store is a short drive from the house. Very convenient.

We selected this rental because of the capacity, location relative to the beach, openness to pets, and price point. Only thing I didn’t realize was that you only have access to one garage, not both and you cannot fit two cars in the driveway. Some of the doors do not lock properly which made me worried for our items and when we left. Kitchen was open, hot tub was great, backyard was beautiful, all in all worth what we paid.

The house is great for a beach stay! Th location is incredible with the beach and cute park nearby for families. Some of the kitchen stuff is very old - but overall very nice and enjoyable stay. I did ask for early check in and never heard back which was disappointing but it all worked out

Location was great; short walk down the block to the beach. House had multiple levels for sleeping arrangements and hot tub was a plus. Kitchen, dining, den space was large enough for our whole group and patio was nice place to hang out too.

I booked this home for a family vacation, including kids and grandkids. I found it a bit difficult to find a home that would accomodate 12 so I had fewer choices. This house worked well for all of us to have our own spaces. The location is very good; right accross the street from Marina Park and maybe 5 houses from the beach. Excellent for the grandkids. The backyard had space for our bikes and there was a hot tub that was especially enjoyable at night. Lots of good. Now the not so good. This house really needs a update. It's old and outdated and has even been on the market for sale for close to a year. It's pretty clear the owners don't want to dump money into it. Too bad though. It could be an awesome house. So if you don't care about aesthetics or old pots and pans or a jacuzzi tub that doesn't work, it's a good option. We had June gloom mornings but the afternoons were beautiful. The house has no AC (except in the master bedroom loft) so warmer days could get pretty warm in the house even though you are by the beach. Oh and LOTS of stairs, This is a 3 story so If going up and down stairs concerns you, this is not the house for you. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Also, the host was very responsive to our requests and concerns.

Great for large families!

The size and location is great for family gatherings with the beach park across the street and sandy beach within walking distance. The property is in great shape given the beach climate (minor wear). Could probably use some extra vacuuming but nothing to ruin a nice relaxing weekend. The neighborhood and parking is excellent. Morning views and sunsets are beautiful from the property itself. Overall, my family had a wonderful weekend.

I own a VRBO property so I hate to give a poor review. First, the location was great!! Without that, I'd give lower stars. The attention to detail of cleanliness and the property itself was unacceptable. Light bulbs all over the property were out (half in the master, outside, etc) so it was dark, dishes in the cupboards had food stuck to them, pans had food stuck to them, dust was piled high everywhere, windows in the master bath were broke so they couldnt be shut on cold nights, master bath tub faucet handle was broke, jacuzzi wouldnt warm up, CEILINGS LEAKED WHEN IT RAINED... On and on and on... I will say the communication from the management company was good but how many times do you want to reach out?! Overall, I'd stay again just due to the location itself. Hopefully with this post they work on the property.

Great View!!

Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned. Host was nice and responsive.

Thanksgiving 2024

Seaside Paradise was a great location for our 2024 Family Thanksgiving holiday weekend! The sunsets, the ocean and park was awesome having everything so close to enjoy. The kitchen is in need of some love. They have a broken built in microwave above the small oven and you don’t know it’s broken until you open it. They have a working counter microwave. The house didn’t appear to have been cleaned before we arrived and the master bedroom is an open aired loft style. The master has Great views but zero privacy I don’t believe the description describes it as such. Basically didn’t sleep well for 4 nights
