The Casita by the Sea is a brand new home in the Costa De La Vela gated community.
It is central and near restaurants and shopping. Located across the street from Pizza Brosa and the Thursdays farmers market. And just a quick walk and you are on the beach!
This casita is a gem. Beautiful rooftop patio with views of the sea of Cortez. 2 king size beds. Beautiful and modern design. WiFi.

A perfect place to relax after a day of adventure in this beautiful town known for kite surfing and world class fishing! This is a new development and our casita is one of the first to be completed. The pool is not heated. There are some areas on the grounds that are still under construction. They are in the finishing stages of the casitas across the way, the noise is very little and the workers are very courteous.

We fell in love with La Ventana the very first time we visited on a kitesurfing and yoga retreat. What started as a single trip quickly turned into a yearly traditionâwe returned every year for five years, each time feeling more connected to the community, the ocean, and the peaceful rhythm of life here.
