The Casita by the Sea is a brand new home in the Costa De La Vela gated community.
It is central and near restaurants and shopping. Located across the street from Pizza Brosa and the Thursdays farmers market. And just a quick walk and you are on the beach!
This casita is a gem. Beautiful rooftop patio with views of the sea of Cortez. 2 king size beds. Beautiful and modern design. WiFi.
Swimming pool.
A perfect place to relax after a day of adventure in this beautiful town known for kite surfing and world class fishing! This is a new development and our casita is one of the first to be completed. The pool is not heated. There are some areas on the grounds that are still under construction. They are in the finishing stages of the casitas across the way, the noise is very little and the workers are very courteous.

Wonderful place, great location, easy walking distance to restaurants. The food is really awesome in this area. We stayed with our 2 adult children, lots of room and the rooftop patio was enjoyable for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Very friendly locals felt very safe here. We rented our kiteboarding equipment from a local supplier, that was great. We hope that the coffee maker was replaced and that the shower head in the main bathroom was also replaced, kitchen tools need some upgrades, scissors and tongs need an upgrade.

Loved this place

Great property, there was construction line mentioned in other reviews, but it really wasn’t too loud & didn’t bother us at all.We had the pool to ourselves. The rooftop is a gear spot to hang out! Absolutely beautiful views.

Casita in La Ventana

We had a wonderful time in this casita (two adults and 2 teens). Easy access to the beach to wing, comfortable beds and all the necessities provided. The casita is in a site that is still being developed. There was no active building going on when we were there but we did overlook a new house in process and noise and privacy would have been an issue had construction been going on. Similarly, although the pool is great, the area around it is still being built. I would check with the owners about the building schedule if this would be a problem for you.

Amazing rental!

My husband and I brought our two adult children .. place was new modern and had all the amenities that you would want. Kitchen was great and well stocked. Very cozy and comfortable living situation. We will definitely stay here again and rebook.!

A Gem of a Casita

We were so happily surprised by the sleek modern, well-appointed, newly constructed Casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals and we thoroughly enjoyed having such easy and close access to the pool. The nearest beach is peaceful and quiet and only about 5 mins walk. Would absolutely recommend this residence for a family with older children- probably not toddlers as too many lovely bits of furniture to crash into. we just loved it!
