Features large private balcony overlooking the resort and providing beautiful, panoramic views of La Ventana Bay, Isla Cerralvo, and the surrounding hillsides. The extra large swimming pool has been renovated and is better than ever with a hot tub, swim-up bar and BBQ area. Secure, assigned parking with gated access with security. There are 3 flights of stairs leading from your parking space to the top-floor penthouse (there are not elevators in La Ventana).
Centrally located with short to the beach, grocery store, Farmer's Market, coffee shops and local restaurants. Water heater and in unit washer/dryer. Secure, key-less entry with access codes provided. Your Host will contact you to provide all of the contact and access information you will need for your stay.

Awesome views
Three friends sharing the condo was perfect for our 2-weeks vacation. The view from the top floor overlooking the bay is simply stunning.Gaby was great at reaching out early and very quick to respond to our queries.Overall a great experience. Wing foil vacation
We had an amazing stay at the La Ventana penthouse apartment for our wing foiling vacation with our family of four (all adults). The apartment boasts stunning views that made every sunrise feel magical. Its central location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the beach and local restaurants. The amenities were excellent—spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for a family of four. Our only minor critique was that the pool was quite cold, and the hot tub wasn’t as hot as we’d hoped. That said, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience, and we’d absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and adventure-filled getaway!
