Welcome to Kara Lake Townhome, a stunning 3BR/2.5BA retreat in Santa Rosa Beach with serene lake views and elegant modern design. Enjoy a bright open floor plan, gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, and spacious screened balcony perfect for relaxing evenings. Just a 5-minute drive to the beach, this peaceful getaway also offers a community pool and parking for 3 vehiclesâideal for families or groups seeking comfort and style.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Situated in Santa Rosa Beach, the Kara Lake Townhomes are conveniently located off Veterans Road, just east of Highway 393 and a short distance west of the Santa Rosa Beach Publix.
This unit is about a 5-minute drive to the beach. That distance may be too far to walk for many of our guests.
About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Single car garage, plus parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway.
Enjoy scenic lake views from the property overlooking the serene 5-acre Kara Lake.
Spacious balcony porches on both the 1st and 2nd floors.

Down the hallway lies the luxurious master suite, complete with a plush king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. The expansive master bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Sliding doors off the living room lead to a generously sized screened balcony adorned with ample seating on a plush sectional sofa. Descending to the lower level, you'll find two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first guest bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second guest bedroom offers two queen beds. The shared bathroom features a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Parking:
Parking in this community is reserved (assigned to specific units). Do not park in front of any other units (or garages) within this community, as this could result in the vehicle being towed (at owner's expense). If needed, there should be additional parking at the front of the property near the pool or at the end of the street.
Assigned parking for this unit is for 1 car in the garage and 2 cars directly in front of unit 138 in the driveway.
Other details to note:
There are community dumpsters located towards the front of the property, near the mailboxes. Prior to departure, please bag your trash (and break down any boxes) before placing in the dumpsters.
Take a leisurely stroll to the community pool overlooking the tranquil pond and indulge in a refreshing swim! While this community does not require wristbands to access onsite amenities, guests do need a code for the pool gate.
Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
