The best part about staying at this Chalet Village cabin was the view! Sitting out on the porch taking in the scenery was wonderful, and we even saw bears. Parking can be somewhat challenging until you get use to the terrain. The main bedroom and bath is very comfortable.

Luis was very responsive. No issues at all. Cabin was very clean and perfect for my husband and I. Everything was close, within. 10 min to downtown. Great stay!

We had such a great stay! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and perfect for our little family getaway. It was close to everything in Gatlinburg but still quiet and peaceful. Our toddler loved exploring the deck and watching for wildlife. We’d definitely come back!

Saw lots of bears! One was standing in the driveway when we arrived and another one actually walked across the deck! Great cabin with a good view of Leconte. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 days. Luis was a wonderful owner and so patient with us when we had accidently put in the wrong year on our reservation. This was only noticed when we were already half way to the cabin. Luis was very generous and we were able to keep our reservation. The cabin’s sauna, hot tub, massage chair, and pool table were such a bonus and made the mornings and evenings prior to going to Gatlinburg and coming back, even better. We are forever grateful to Luis for his kindness and patience as he helped us rectify our mistake.
