Condo in the center of Kona, 2-unit AC, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, Free Parking

Aloha Haven is a private condo, located at the center of Kailua-Kona on the paradise Big Island, with a few minutes easy walk to the Kona Bay, beaches, stores, restaurants, bars and historical sites.

The condo is about 8 miles (15 minutes driving) from KOA international airport, easy to access to Route 19, 11, 190 for any destinations on the island. Guest will have a designated car parking spot in the Condos Complex with no extra cost.

The condo has one bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom, a full equipped kitchen with new appliances, a balcony, and private laundry (new washer and dryer).
The condo has newly installed split-unit air conditioning in both living room and bedroom.

The condo is for maximum 4 guests, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a double-size comfy air mattress and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The linens are provided.

The living room has a 3-seat couch which can be converted to a sofa bed, a 2-seat sofa, dining table/chairs, and a 55" HDTV.

The kitchen is fully equipped, includes dishwasher, microwave, electronic cook range, oven, full-size refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. Also, supplies with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, bowls, cups, enough to serve for 4 people.

Laundry detergent and dish washer detergent are provided as well.

The full bathroom is provided towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, etc. But NO toothbrush nor toothpaste.

The balcony has a table and chairs to enjoy Hawaii's breeze, also has some beach amenities, i.e. beach chairs, umbrella, body surf boards, snorkeling gears, etc.

Guests will have access to the community swimming pool, grill and picnic area.

Guests will enjoy the fiber optical internet provides up to 500Mbps/300Mbps super-fast speed, and 100+ internet channels on the 55” HDTV.

There is a local person of contact when needed. Host can be reached by phone, text message after booking.

Please note:
The condo is on the top floor (3rd floor), with no elevator. The staircase is very easy to access.
Please no smoking or vaping in the condo, nor on the balcony.
Please remove shoes when enter the condo.
Please be mindful of quiet hours between 9PM to 7AM.
