Great spot in a great location! Host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Place was stocked with household essentials. Parking was easy and convenient. This place is in the center of Kona village - you can walk to everything!

Great location, well appointed, use of a pool and parking included. The unit had all the creature comforts of home including coolers, umbrella & beach toys. We were very comfortable during our month long stay.

This was a great place. Very clean. The pool was nice, and the property was walking distance to a lot of places; beach, restaurants, shops etc. host responded quickly to any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

Great place, great location. Enjoyed our 5 night stay for 3 people. Place was well appointed, except only a small "starter" amounts of toilet paper, shampoo, laundry soap, bath soap, etc - these are not things we travel with and generally would expect to not have to go buy a whole bottle of shampoo that we then throw away after our short visit. Seems they could have spent the $3 more and just provided this stuff... But in general, pretty good.

As noted, this unit was immaculate. Very comfortable bed, great outdokr seating options, parking and easy laundry. A very quiet alternative to the heart if Kona downtown. Definitely.more rainforest vibe vs beach vibe. Very appreciative for the immemties - snorkel gear, body boards, towels, beach chairs & umbrellas! Door daah delivered there and aboit 5 min from Starbucks! NO RESORT FEES which are very common by the beach!

Excellent location with parking included

Clean and comfortable apartment with parking in a central location. Walking distance from beach, shops and restaurant. Would recommend it! The bed was very comfortable.

Our stay

Good location for walking around in the village. However there are so many warnings about 100 fines we often felt we could get fined for something we didn’t understand. Not sure we would stay again because of the negative attitude towards guests.

Room was terrific. 1 bedroom and full living room and kitchen. Parking and security good as well. Was there for State Sr. softball tournament and also made good use of washer dryer in the unit. Great Island Hop spot to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in a excellent location. It was just the perfect size for our family to relax as we enjoyed exploring the island. The AC was pur favorite part especially since Kona can be especially hot. The only small downside out of our whole experience is that the floors were very dirty. We are a local family who always takes our shoes off before entering a home. So having to wear our shoes in the living space was very odd for us. Overall it was just the right size for us and we would stay here again for our little island hop vacations.
