Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops, including San Roc Cay.

This is our third time staying at this property. Last year we stayed at the condo with a million dollar view. It was booked already for this year. We found another condo available. We weren’t disappointed. We are going to stay at the same condo in the fall.

We had a great time. The condo was as nice as the pictures. The bed in the 2-bedroom had bricks holding it up so you would roll into the middle of the bed. This was the same in the 3rd bedroom. The upper bunk squeaked so badly that my grandson slept on the couch. The fan in the master bath had mold around it and looked like it was going to fall on your head at any moment. It's a hazardous walk to the beach having to cross a busy road. On the plus side you could sit on the patio and watch boats go by and we also saw dolphins playing in the water. The pool was very nice and the grounds were kept very well-maintained. And protroled by a security guard at all times.

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the views, pool, and well-kept grounds at The Pass—it’s hard to beat watching boats cruise by and dolphins playing right from the patio! We did want to mention for future guests that beach access is available without crossing the busy road—there’s a path just under the bridge. And if you take a quick drive to the other side, Alabama Point offers some of the most beautiful views and quieter beaches in the area.

Just okay
The condo itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and located in a quiet area, which we really appreciated. It had the potential to be a great stay.However, we had a serious issue with people walking into the condo on two separate days without any notice or explanation. This was very unsettling, especially considering the hoops we had to jump through just to book the place. I texted the property contact about it, but never received a response. It left us feeling unsafe and hesitant to leave our personal belongings behind when we went out.Additionally, despite paying a premium cleaning fee, the cleanliness didn’t meet expectations—especially the floors and the primary bathroom, which clearly needed more attention.

We did send a text in advance to notify you that the internet technician would be stopping by, though we understand how that may have still felt unexpected and apologize if that communication was missed. If there’s ever an urgent concern like this, a quick phone call is the fastest way to reach a team member directly at any time of day so we can address it in real time.
Regarding cleanliness, we didn’t receive any reports during your stay, but we take that feedback seriously. Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team back out right away to take care of anything that may have been overlooked.
