Il est facile de comprendre le dicton «La vie est une plage» dans ce condo inspirĂ© des Antilles. Le calme des vagues couleur Ă©meraude et les brises tropicales sont reflĂ©tĂ©s dans trois niveaux de bonheur en bord de mer. Chaque fois que vous voulez enfoncer dans le sable blanc doux ou pataugent dans les eaux chaudes, Ă  quelques pas seulement des portes arriĂšre. Travailler votre bronzage sur la terrasse, ou faire une sieste de troisiĂšme niveau Ă  l'ombre dans l'un des deux derniers ponts. This was an excellent home that I will be bookmarking for the future. Right on the beach, which, in this area of single family units, was lightly populated compared to the large condo areas. The property was clean, accommodating, and comfortable. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The management was very responsive and helpful to our questions.

Everything lived up to the promises made. The stunning view and easy access to the beach made it worth every dollar spent. The customer service was exceptional. I will certainly be returning for another stay.

Family Get Away

We had a blast on Miramar. We’ve stayed in a few different places while visiting Destin, and this is by far our favorite. The pricing might seem a little high at first glance, but with the location and perks, it’s definitely worth it. Walking out of our back door and landing on the beach is definitely the way to go. We enjoyed a free round of golf and was going to use the free parasailing, but we got rained out. The property was super comfortable for all 8 of us. We did not need to contact the property owner, because everything was in order the entire time we were there. We’ll be back here for sure!

This home was very very dated and dirty. Carpet staines the walls and stair handles were filthy the tile in the upstairs bathroom is missing grout and actually pinched my foot when I stepped on it. I would not recommend this home for a family visit. We tried to get flights home and could not get such short booking for so many of us on the same flight.

Steps from the beach

Clean and being steps away from the ocean was wonderful. Sink upstairs doesn’t drain but who cares! Haha. We loved our stay. Accurate listing description.

Perfect Location

This rental has everything one would need and then some! Perfect location great air conditioner the beach chairs were a great bonus! Only downfall is the living room furniture is pretty worn down and the tile showers could use a detail clean but we enjoyed our stay 10/10

Our FAVORITE place to stay!!! This is our 4th year here and we love the location as well as the amazing hospitality and Customer Service that Newman Dailey provides! Big shout out to Ryan with Newman Dailey for taking quick action to get the A/C working for us. It was a minor problem that was quickly resolved and we will definitely be back next year for more sun and fun! The townhomes are very clean and well equipped with everything you need to cook with. love love Love SeaMist Townhomes!!!

Fabulous location mostly offsets condition of property

The location right on the beach is excellent and the views are incredible. This section of the beach isn’t as crowded as others. Very nice. The unit itself is not very clean - strong mildew smell throughout, piles of dust in the magazine racks, cabinet shelves that hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Furniture is very worn and upholstery has a musty and mildewy smell. Carpet smells of mildew. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Cookie sheet is rusted and cookware in general is very cheap. Grill worked well, 3 levels of deck very nice for morning coffee or lunch with an ocean view, TVs and WIFI worked flawlessly, newer microwave. Enjoyed the experience and loved the location, but won’t go back unless the property is updated.

Perfect location

This is a beautiful place to spend your vacation or weekend. The location in front of the beach is excellent. By early morning there are beach chairs and shade under you name waiting for you. We enjoyed the house is clean , it has everything you may need and parking is excellent too. I will comeback with more family.

Overall the location and accessibility to nearby malls and restaurants was excellent. The sunset views are perfect from the deck. The unit from inside is gloomy with carpets which are not that attractive in the main living room as well as bedrooms. The mattresses were old in 2 bedrooms and sagged in the middle. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The door to the Master bath was off the hinges and had to be pulled up to close and lock. The upstairs bedroom #2 bat door squeaked so loudly to wake up the entire 2nd floor. The internet was off on the 3rd day from evening. Called Emergency number but was told that internet is not an emergency and someone will get back to us within 24hrs. By the time someone called us we had already vacated the premises. The management company supplies only 2 garbage bags & 2 dish washing powder bags. So, please consider taking extra garbage bags and dishwasher soap with you. Overall I would give this property a 3 star. Also, VRBO does not know what is provided in the unit in terms of kitchen & bath essentials!! They gave me contradicting info when I called them to book.

Great place to stay!!

This property was amazing!! Super convenient with kids since it’s just steps from the beach. I was very nice to wake up and walk to your chairs and umbrella already set up for us every morning. House was clean and cozy!! If I was to have anything negative to say it would be that the wi-fi is terrible, but we where there for the beach and not for the wi-fi. We would most definitely stay there again!!

Great location with great views. Can't beat the proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and really like the Townhome. The only downside was the Internet/wifi was very slow, but it wasn't a big deal. We'll definitely look into the Seamist Townhomes for our next visit.

Wow, wow, wow!!!

I loved the location of the property. A "beach" store was right across the street, it was great for last minute purchases. Dairy Queen and a pizza restaurant was right across the street, very convenient for the days when you didn't want to cook. The place was spacious and clean. It was close to alot of restaurants and shopping. The only small negative was the wifi wasn't great and I couldn't get a good signal with AT&T. It rained for two days so it would have helped the rainy days.

Our vacation was wonderful and so relaxing! Waking up to the waves each day was heavenly and we didn't want the week to end.
