Great location! Big enough for our group of 10. We had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the covered pool when we needed a break from the beach and the sun. Also appreciated all the games for the kids to play.

Our family enjoyed this house very much! Walks to the beach playing in the pool even while raining - evenings in the hot tub - perfect configuration for our large family - definitely would stay again!

Great Hilton Head Property

This home was great for our vacation with 2 families- plenty of room to spread out and it is located in a really nice gated neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive when we had questions. The property was a short walk to the beach or use the neighborhood shuttle. The pool is a bit small for 4 teens but it was still a benefit to have a private pool/ hot tub.

Great family time

Great place for much needed time away!! House is truly fully equipped and had everything we needed!! We didn’t use the pool as it is small and we had mostly adults (would be nice to have outside hose availability to rinse off stuff from beach)

The pool was great. We had absolutely no issues. Only complaint was that the floor inside seemed rather dirty and all of our feet’s were black after walking around.

We loved our stay here! The home was very clean upon our arrival (and this is coming from someone who usually cleans when I check-in to a property). The proximity to the beach was perfect. We took the shuttle, walked, and rode bikes and all were easy trips (even with small babies). We had an issue with the wi-fi when we arrived due to a storm, and the avantstay representative quickly responded and helped to get it fixed. We highly recommend this home and neighborhood.

Spacious House Close to Beach

The house is just as described. There was plenty of room for our group to be together but also have private time. There were beach chairs and lots of beach equipment in the garage. There is also a private neighborhood beach shuttle available for trips to and from the beach every day except Saturday. There are eating establishments and grocery stores nearby. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.

The Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved this house. The pictures do not do the size of the home any justice. The home is well maintained, clean, and it has EVERYTHING you will need for a vacation with your friends and family. My family and friends loved the pool to cool off in the day and the amazing hot tub to relax in at night. The bedrooms are beautiful and very spacious, with enough towels to last the length of your stay. Avant stays will continue to get our business.
