Loon mountain

Its in a quiet spot with a nice view of Loon mountain. Lots of fun things to do in the area for all ages.

Absolutely amazing!

I stayed here with my family for a weekend. We absolutely loved the property. It is decorated so well and the location is unbeatable. The host is amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Loon-i-ful is Beautiful

This property across from Loon was beautiful. Clean and amazing warm sheets throughout the house. Plenty of beds and blankets for everyone in the family. The open kitchen and living room made it so inviting for family to eat, play games, and reflect on the day. Easy access to the shuttle, too.

The perfect townhouse

Updated beautiful townhouse in Village of Loon . Perfect location to view the mountain and foliage . Very updated kitchen and all rooms will definitely rent again.

Perfect get away with a view!

Mike was easy to talk too, kept us up to date on anything we needed to know and was very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. Everything we could have wanted was available to us. We are looking forward to hopefully planning another trip!

Great Vacation Rental!

Our stay at this ravine unit was so enjoyable. The unit was clean, Spacious and comfortable. The host was easy to contact and communicate with. The views are also magnificent! We would definitely consider coming back with our family!

Great home and a good location

The home was perfect for our 3 day ski getaway. My kids loved the downstairs rooms. Everything was as pictured and expected. Very new finishes and clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars on location is because ideal for skiing is ski in/ ski out. But we knew renting it would not be. Shuttle service and drop off are convenient enough. We skied 3 days and got in plenty of runs each day. We have 12 yo golden retriever, so it was nice that we could bring her with us as well. Thank you for sharing your home.

Dirty - I've never been in a dirtier house in my life wherever you touched was sticky, the couch was so dirty and full of hair I was too disgusted to sit down, no shovel for sweeping, vacuum was broken. Evidently the owner doesn't care about cleanliness, only for the payment to go through.No AC - This home is falsely advertised as being air conditioned which it is not, has only one inadequate portable air conditioner in the living room which does not even cool that room, no AC in any of the bedrooms.We were there in August in 90-95 degree weather, the upstairs bedroom was like an oven we squeezed in in the basement bedrooms where it was a little cooler but even so couldn't sleep. My kids got sick from the draft of all the fans we had to put on.Was supposed to be there for 5 days but after 4 days we couldn't take it anymore and had to check out.Besides for the owner ruining our vacation by falsely advertising, it is also a money issue since non air conditioned homes are rented out for much cheaper so we overpaid by about 100-150 per night. Of course this is most likely the reason for the false advertising.Broken - Everything in this house is broken, window curtains, screen door, bench in kitchen, vacuum and more.Owner doesn't respond well, gives you the run around. Obviously a fraud, who advertises a non AC home as having AC? PS. I've been renting at the Loon f 15 years always happy never complained or left a negative review but this one is truly exceptional in a bad way

My wife and 2 girls have loved using this house for the last 10 years for hiking and skiing. We will continue to come up to Lincoln but we will be staying at another property. For that reason, we thought we would host other families at our wonderful home.
