Discover a peaceful, centrally-located place with year round bliss in this vintage lakeside haven. Embrace outdoor enthusiasts’ paradise with lakes, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing, horse back riding etc. at your doorstep. The home exudes rustic charm, blending nostalgia with modern comfort. Plenty of board games. Ensuring a seamless blend of comfort and sustainability for your adventure-filled retreat.



Make sure your car lights are working & bring a flashlight. I highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle if its snowing. Bring slippers as there is no carpet in the home.

PETS: No pets allowed. Will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Service animals are not allowed on any of the furniture. Please follow Vrbo rules addressing service animals. If rules are not followed you will be evicted with no refund.

OCCUPANCY: If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.

SECURITY: We have exterior cameras pointing towards the front door. There are cameras on each side on the exterior of the home. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. All cameras record video and audio. These are in place for your safety and protection. Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests with no refund. There are NO cameras inside the home.

NON-SMOKING: There is no smoking allowed inside. If you do smoke please smoke 8ft away from the doorway and dispose of your trash properly. If the house smells like smoke, there will be a $750 fine for deodorizing the home.

This is a rural area. You may or may not see wildlife such as elk and the random insect in the home. Please be mindful of trash and food as it can attract pest.

Innkeeper Agreement:
By making a reservation you agree and declare that you have a home. You agree that you're declaring or your intention or your purpose for your stay is for transient purposes only. You agree that there is no intention to establish a landlord and tenant relationship but an owner and guest relationship.

Amazing Place

The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and the space to side of the house was perfect for parking our trailer full of ATVs with plenty of room for family that visited us. We loved it and will stay there again when we return.

I grew up in a big city most of my life. The rush of people and work never felt like I was truly living but instead existing. My lakeside home feels free, peaceful and bliss. Here I'm able to truly be in the moment and enjoy doing the things I didn't normally take advantage of such as hiking, horseback riding and reading. It's a great way to disconnect and be present.

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and five minutes from Lake in the Woods, Scotts Reservoir and Woodland Lake. It's centrally located not far from Walmart, gas station, coffee shops, restaurants, hiking trails, etc.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The home gives a cottage feel with modern comfort. Centrally located close from all your common needs. I really enjoy the large amount of elk that visit from time to time. The stars in the night are breath taking. There's a peace in the home that is so relaxing you forget about your daily responsibilities.
