NOTE ****When booking please let us know what brings you to the area and what guest will be accompanying you and all of your ages please.**** Must be 25 years old to book.
Location! Downtown Historic Abita Springs. Everything at your fingertips. Famous Abita Brew Pub restaurant is across the street (home of Abita Beer with great restaurant and music on Friday and Saturday night outside from 6-9) The 30 mile Tammany Trace Trailhead for biking and walking is across the Street at the Abita Park. You are two blocks from Abita Cafe. There is a cute little family owned grocery and Mama D’s pizza in town. The Abita Park across the street has a creek, playground, and Farmer’s Market with music, food trucks, and vendors selling items on Sundays from 10-2.
Very cute and clean chic suite. Queen bed with a combo shower/tub in the bathroom. We provide all linens and towels. We also have a washer and dryer. There is a microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, drip coffee pot and a single serve Keurig. We provide the coffee and cream and sugar.
Also has a nice TCL Roku television and we have great WiFi.
There is cypress slab table with two chairs for eating.

This is two units. You will be in the left hand side unit. On the right side there is myself or a tenant.

****No pets allowed or smoking or vaping in our suite****** ****No bikes are allowed in our suite****** We have a bike rack under an awning, so you may want to bring your lock. It is safe in our town.

We have security cameras on our property. The area is safe and walkable to everything that Abita has to offer.

I’ve stayed here before when visiting family and Rhonda never disappoints. Cleanliness and comfort is always consistent. The spacious bathroom, for a studio, is so nice. You can’t get a better location for Abita Springs. Thank you Rhonda for another excellent stay! I’ll see you this Spring for another visit!

This property is a “GEM.” The location of quaint Abita Springs is “second to none.”It s steps away to restaurants, beautiful park, trailhead for biking all nestled in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The property is well-appointed, very clean and equipped with everything one would need. Kitchenette, refrigerator and washer/dryer. Private and extremely safe. The host is delightful, communicative and very accommodating. Parking right outside your door. Another plus is the ease of getting to the city of New Orleans. A DELIGHTFUL STAY!!!

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY NEAR FAMILY

Administration was perfect. The room contained everything we could want. Comfortable bed for two, outfitted kitchen, adequate seating and table space, very well lit, well heated, especially heated bathroom, bathtub safety surface, more than adequate towels for a 10-day stay, secure well-lit location. The best VRBO experience in the last several years.

Quiet Gem

This was a perfect lodging for me visiting family. Very quiet neighborhood. Very clean with a clean fragrance to the room. (not musty like some) amble bathroom space with W/D all new. This is not property for extensive cooking but perfect for reheating from restaurant dishes of the area. Bed was very comfortable and the smart TV was perfect. I’ll will be back! Great for a short stay in walking distance to everything!

Owner has done a great job to make the most of this small space! She has lots of nice touches including a coffee bar in the kitchenette. We appreciated being able to walk to things including a small grocery store. Bed was super comfortable and nice linens too.

A very nice property!

This was a pleasant experience from check in to check out. The property manager was attentive and all questions were answered. The room is newly remodeled in updated style, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location; quaint cottage

We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to be welcomed back. The cottage is very cozy and warm, with beautiful furniture and accents. There’s a lovely little greenery view out of the window, as well as stunning Live Oak tree in the back. The location was excellent, we were able to walk around to explore all of historic downtown Abita Springs. We also appreciated the well-stocked coffee bar included. Thanks for the experience.
