WELCOME TO THE HEART OF HOVE ! Minutes from the Station, the Park and the Shopping district and a short walk to the beach. I specialise in slightly longer stays of 3+ weeks and longer with this particular rental, as I am recovering from an illness and unable to do nightly changeovers.
A very rare opportunity to stay in a real one-off flat right in a highly desirable location right by Hove station (yet brilliantly you don't hear the trains!) This property feels like a little semi-detached house, being only attached by one room, with no one above and no one below, very private, as can be viewed in the pictures. The SEATING consists of a bistro TABLE + CHAIRS, as well as a large outdoor SOFA with DINING TABLE for 8 persons. This is a wonderful space and for the area is large; completely walled making it nice and secure, and is perfect for entertaining during summer.
THE REAR PATIO GARDEN is West facing and is also enclosed and private.
