THE FRONT GARDEN which is both East and South facing, and therefore sunny. This oasis is enclosed and private. It has a paved area, plus several super soft, artificial grassed areas for fuss free maintenance and enjoyment.
The SEATING consists of a bistro TABLE + CHAIRS, as well as a large outdoor SOFA with DINING TABLE for 8 persons. This is a wonderful space and for the area is large; completely walled making it nice and secure, and is perfect for entertaining during summer.

Bedroom (13’10 x 11.9) Kingsize 5 foot wide bed. Recessed spotlighting, wooden flooring, double glazed window, radiator, built-in double sliding panel mirrored wardrobe. This room also looks out to the garden.
Bathroom Contemporary white bathroom suite comprising panelled enclosed bath with shower unit, wall mounted wash bowl, low level WC. Mosaic tiled walls, obscured double glazed window for natural ventilation, recessed spotlighting, tiled flooring.

NORTH - If you head up Hove Park Villas, you reach Hove Recreation Ground and Hove Park in just a few minutes. They both have cafes and childrens play areas. Nearby is a largeWaitrose Superstore with free onsite car park.
