1 minute de la plage, à 5 minutes de Churchill Square - on ne peut pas demander un meilleur endroit à Brighton si vous cherchez des vacances magnifique plage, shopping fantastique, la vie nocturne animée ou de superbes restaurants. Cet endroit a tout pratiquement sur le seuil!

Vue exceptionnelle. On pourrait faire valoir, le meilleur Ă  Brighton & Hove.

Ce charmant appartement au premier Ă©tage a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© Ă  un niveau trĂšs Ă©levĂ©; avec une superbe salle de bains moderne et une cuisine tout en gardant les caractĂ©ristiques d'origine, comme une cheminĂ©e surround marbre et d'plafonds corniches. La salle de dessin est l'attraction principale, il est si facile de passer le temps en prenant dans la belle vue qui peut ĂȘtre vu Ă  travers le plancher aux fenĂȘtres de plafond.

As everyone says the view and window in the lounger is just lovely. It’s a real selling the point. The apartment was clean and well set up. Worked really well for our weekend in Brighton. The location is very good for restaurants, cafes etc and of course the beach.

Possibly the cleanest property I've stayed at.

Lovely property with some shower amenities supplied which was a surprise. Very close to the beach and town with amazing views. I would definitely stay again.

This flat wins on the front room alone. The huge window and balcony with a sea view is perfect. Facilities within the flat were great, no complaints. Everything was clean and orderly. The bed was very comfy, even for us who both have back issues. The entrance hall does not represent the flat (a little underwhelming) but don’t let that put you off. Highly recommended and will book again!

Fantastic property in an ideal location, close to town centre with everything needed within walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable and cosy. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location was great- easy walk to stores, attractions, restaurants & train station. Apartment seems to have been remodeled recently. Stocked with most necessities. Only issue i had was no electric plug in bathroom. But found out that's a code requirement, so not the owners fault!

Perfect place for short break in Brighton

Loved this place, has everything you need, calm with views to sea next to the i360, and towards the garden square. Very spacious living area, well equipped kitchen and fantastic shower. All in all a very pleasant stay and would certainly book again.

Perfect location for exploring all that Brighton has to offer.

Don't be put off by scaffolding, front door and hallway, once inside, the flat is so lovely. Very clean, cosy, beautifully appointed and every amenity provided.

Lovely stay, great facilities, central location and wonderful time - would stay again. The only thing I would say to future guests is to factor in cost of parking in the underground car park (if using it) conveient, secure, but just something to consider in the overall costs.

Great apartment in great location

Really nice apartment, very clean, well furnished and lots of nice touches like spare chargers, playing cards etc. Lots of food and drink options nearby. Only issue is the cost of parking but this is no reflection on the property itself more the area in general.

Well appointed and clean flat. Located close to the main part of Brighton. Very quite. Communication with Simon was fast and easy. I would highly recommed this flat if you plan on visiting Brighton.

Perfect short stay apartment

Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was clean and well appointed. The floor to ceiling windows allowed the sun in and the view to the beach was very relaxing. There are a number of good restaurants and cafes around the corner and Sainsbury a very easy walk. A very relaxing apartment to have a holiday

Superb view and very well equipped, spacious flat

Beautiful Regency flat

Easy check-in - don’t be out off by the external door and entrance! The flat is perfect. The living space is gorgeous with the amazing windows. Everything you could need for a perfect stay. We also used one of the nearby hotels (need to check availability first tho) to go and have brekkie so best of both worlds. The location is fantastic to get to all the local Brighton attractions

Great Location

Great place for a weekend in Brighton. Everything you need in the bright modern apartment with views towards the sea. Convenient for Lane’s and plenty of restaurants nearby. Particularly enjoyed The Regency for wonderful fish. We did have a small issue with plumbing whilst staying and the owner was easily contactable and rectified the situation. Parked in the Regency Mews which was secure, although a little pricey for the weekend.
