Niche on Main ~Walk to the Square!

Want to be close to music, shopping, and restaurants on the Square? You've found the place. The front part of this fabulous historic home, turned duplex, has been a well loved rental for a couple years and now we're pleased to offer the back apartment as a vacation rental. With one bedroom and one bath, this prime spot is perfect for two people.

The living room and kitchen are open concept with plenty of space to relax or cook. In the bedroom you'll find a queen bed with new memory foam mattress and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a tub shower combo and a washer dryer in the closet for your use. Just behind the house you'll find a private area with seating on the small patio.

Walk right out the door and enjoy the charm of Mountain View! The Niche is within walking distance to the Pickin Park, Court Square concerts, shops and restaurants on the Square, and more!

Rental Rules

~Primary guest must be age 25 or older

~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM

~No Smoking in or near the Cabin

~Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (2 dogs max, rules apply)

~No loud noise or parties

~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed

~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing

Great Location and Very Clean

The Niche on Main couldn’t be in a much better spot. Walking distance to food, shopping, and music. It was very clean with nice touches and amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect little niche

Decorated beautifully. Quiet, comfortable, and great location. Even had lawn chairs in the closet! Simple, comfortable patio area with nice gas grill and even neighborhood squirrels! Exceeded every expectation. Will certainly stay again!

Cozy Niche Downtown

Very comfortable and cozy place just right for 1-2 people. Warm and inviting decor and steps away from restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. As a side note: staying here was very nostalgic for me as I stayed in this house with my mom and dad back in the 1990’s way before the house was remodeled and updated. Very special memories since they have both passed on now. .

Everything was PERFECT.

The Niche on Main exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, easy check-in, spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodations. You can tell the owner has gone all out to make the space aesthetically pleasing as well as convenient to the guests. Some of the things we enjoyed most were the super-comfy bed, the well-stocked kitchen, and the proximity to fun shops and restaurants. We literally walked out the door and across the street for supper, then a little further down the street for live music. Thanks, Emily, for the perfect little getaway spot!
