The Space:
Beach Buzz is located on the very private north end of the island. With access to a dock slip also included with your rental, Beach Buzz offers the perfect spot for a relaxing private getaway on magical Little Gasparilla Island.

Situated just a short stroll from the beach, Beach Buzz offers dramatic views of the Gulf of Mexico from most of the home. The front screened porch is positioned to capture the cooling Gulf breezes and there is also an open-air porch for grilling or relaxing in the sun on a winter morning. Dramatic beach views are everywhere!

Inside the newly renovated home you will find a sparkling new kitchen, new furnishings, updated bathrooms, new bedding, new flooring and much more, offering a luxurious and welcoming vacation retreat.

Two spacious bedrooms offer comfortable space for up to 6 people. Best of all, the beautiful private beach of Little Gasparilla is just outside your door….with access to spectacular sunsets, shells galore, shorebirds, manatees and dolphins. Beach Buzz truly affords you a perfect spot to enjoy all that Little Gasparilla has to offer. NOTE: Rates are based on occupancy of 4...extra guest charge applies to each guest over 4.


Please be aware that we can not permit guests to check in or check out the same day another guest will be occupying the property. We require at least 24 hours of vacancy between each reservation.

Pet Policy - permitted with a $100 pet fee. The following breeds are NOT permitted: Akita, American Bull Dog, Beaucerons, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keeshounds, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios or Rottweilers.

Cleaning Fee - minimum $300 cleaning fee

Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
