Soak in a beautiful sunset while on the brand new sunning deck with chaise chairs or the screened-in patio. The downstairs patio has multiple sitting areas with couch and chairs, Adirondack chairs, propane fire table and grill, and even outdoor Corn Hole, Checkers/Chess Set and Connect 4 for the kids...or the adults! Toss out all your worries and nap in the deckside hammock. Step down to the beach and enjoy the tranquility of what is often a very secluded beach. LGI boasts beautiful large shells, sand dollars, dolphins, and sea turtles. This home offers a great getaway to unplug with the family and better views can not be found! Strong internet is included! THIS IS A BRIDGELESS, BARRIER ISLAND, which greatly adds to the old Florida charm of your beach vacation! The only connection to the mainland is by boat. A pirate taxi boat service to the island can be ordered- we recommend booking early. Major fishing destination, diving, charters, etc.

In the fall of 2022, Hurricane Ian hit the island and caused a great deal of damage in fall of 2022. While the island has done major work, you will likely still see remnants like roofing shingles, nails etc off of the major pathways.
