Ideal cottage for a mother/daughter stay. This charming place is well situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to necessary amenities. It is just a short jaunt to Wake Forest University and therefore convenient for visitors. We have chosen this property more than once and will do so again.

The home had everything we needed and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The property manager was attentive and easy to communicate with, which made the experience seamless. House was very clean and easy to access. We arrived late at night and it was nice that the front porch light was motion activated. Scott was easy to access and checked-in throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location for visiting your Wake student!

Scott's home was the perfect place for our stay at Winston-Salem while visiting our daughter at Wake Forest University. It is a 7-min drive to the campus! The interior of the house is nice and charming and perfectly clean. It has everything you may need (kitchen covers everything in case you really want to cook:)) The two bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and enough blankets and pillows fo every "sleeping type" Easy parking and very quiet location. Scott is taking excellent care of you and is highly responsive to all questions, that may arrise. We will def come back!

We had an absolutely PERFECT stay at the Sapphire Shire. The house is wonderful inside and out. The rooms and layout were exactly as described. All the amenities one could need were available. What was actually under sold were the location, grounds and exterior. The home is by far the cutest on the block, the house backs up on beautiful woods at the top of the ridge, the master bedroom has stairs that open out to the side lawn and trees surround the property. The manager was responsive beyond expectation. We had several situations (unrelated to the house) about which I needed to communicate with Scott. He was not only responsive, he was kind, patient and understanding. I cannot recommend the Sapphire Shire more.

She's the best real estate agent you'll ever find, and he's a supply chain, warehousing, and distribution consultant (he can tell you why your packages are always late). She loves designing beautiful spaces and college football and he loves solving problems and Major League Baseball. Together we both love our four children, 100-pound dog named Malone, and traveling the world.

We've spent over 1,600 nights in furnished rental properties ranging from our best memories to the unmentionable. So, we finally decided to use our experience and knowledge to provide a fantastic place for others to stay. We can't wait to host you!
