Kim’s home was exactly as described and was above expectations. Very comfortable house and after a long day, it felt like coming home! To me, that is the best thing you can say about a “short-term home rental”. Great location, communication, and all! It was just wonderful and looking forward to our next visit! Thank you!

After a long car ride Kim’s home was a perfect place to rest. The home is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The home is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We’ve put it in our favorites for the next time we visit Winston-Salem.

Quiet neighborhoid...beautiful place- - - rooms were light with an open, airy feel! Enclosed patio; Massage chair in master bedroom...jetted tub in master bath. Convenient to everything!! Kim is wonderful! Responds in a timely manner. House is very well stocked! I didnot want to leave!

My brother and I were in Winston-Salem to care for our mother. The property was convenient to the hospital and allowed us to relax after multiple busy days. The host provided EVERYTHING. I highly recommend this property for your visit. It is now our home away from home.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet home, wonderful!

We were two couples and stayed over the long weekend for graduation festivities at Wake Forest. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has a well stocked kitchen (we like to cook). Bedrooms are very comfortable, and each has its own bathroom, making it ideal for two couples. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The outdoor patio was great; we spent time in the mornings over coffee, and a glass of wine in the evening. Kim was a perfect host and very responsive. Ideal home for a stay in the area if you like to be in a quiet and nice area. We loved it!

Nice Stay!

I spoke to Kim on the phone twice and she was so kind and helpful! I needed help with the thermostat and she was able to operate it remotely no problem. Beds were very comfortable, clean and cozy home, and checkout was a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just like home

This was my second stay in Kim's VRBO, and I highly recommend anyone going to Winston-Salem to stay there. From the first time you walk in, you could be walking into your own home. It has a very warm welcoming feel and well provisioned. The outside garden area is a great place to wind down after a long day, and throw a steak or chicken on the provided grill/ smoker

This was the perfect place to stay. Great location, very quite and peaceful. The house was very well equipped. Kimberly was great to work with. I was there for work, and stayed in the Kim's house for 12 days, and plan on returning in the middle of April. I am scheduling my stay around when Kim's house is available

The home was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want was there. The kitchen had everything and every spice imaginable. The bed was super comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy/Clean Home - Close to Campus

This house was perfect for my husband and I as were moving our son to Wake Forest University. It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to campus and close to downtown Winston Salam area as well! Home was perfect- very clean and organized! Plenty of towels, etc! Cozy living room area to watch a movie, etc. cutest backyard patio area. I highly recommend this VRBO! And the owner was very quick to answer questions and communication with her was easy!

Our Wonderful Stay @ 2049 Salisbury Sq., Winston-Salem, N.C.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s beautiful home on Salisbury Square in Winston-Salem, and cannot say enough good things about our stay there. It’s centrally located near many stores, restaurants and other businesses, including the Hanes Mall and Shopping/Dining District, only minutes away. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is spacious, very well kept, accommodating, beautifully furnished, comfortable and super clean. The home is well supplied with everything available that any guest could possibly need for anything! Large living room in center of home, and a great covered-over, semi-enclosed, furnished outdoor patio is adjacent, with a CharBroil BBQ grill. Pics. on VRBO site are true depictions of the home. TV’s in each bedroom and living room with local channels and streaming service. Wi-fi service with password provided. Home is located in a beautiful, quiet subdivision with no busy flowing traffic on the home’s street or subdivision. The host, Kim, was in touch with us from the start, updating us as our stay dates approached, providing great information on the location & area, great directions, and entry code. Host checked to make sure we were comfortable on arriving, if anything was needed, and to make us relaxed in knowing that we could reach out to her. Also, the instructions and procedures for check-in and check out were clear and problem-free. We would definitely stay here again, and would without hesitation, recommend Kim’s place on Salisbury Square to others!
