Our goal is to provide a relaxing, clean, aesthetic home away from home for our guests. Skip weekend island traffic with flexible check-in/check-out days and reduced minimum stay. Wave Hog is newly built with spacious, bright rooms decorated in a relaxed beachy style in the highly sought-after location of Topsail Beach. This second-row home boasts incredible ocean views that will take your breath away. There are 2 large decks to enjoy meals al fresco or simply relax with a book. There is a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a comfortable living area for unwinding after a day in the sun. We provide some beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys. Imagine waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening as you watch the waves roll in. Convenience is key with beach access just across the street. Topsail Beach has a quaint beach town feel with a park, small shops and restaurants. Don't miss Scoops Microcreamery for the BEST ice cream you've ever had! A sidewalk takes you to the south of the island or north to Surf City. Your beds will be made with fresh, clean linens and 10 towel sets are provided, along with 8 beach towels. We provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dish, laundry and hand soaps.

Notes:
- For insurance reasons, we do not provide a grill. If you'd like a grill, there rental companies on the island that will deliver one to you.
-Elevator Notice: Residential Elevators are very delicate. Owner will not be held liable if the elevator is not operational during your stay. We will do our absolute best to ensure the elevator is functioning properly however Owner will not issue refunds or honor cancellations due to an elevator being down. If you are booking this property because of the elevator please have a backup plan in place.
-Recording Device: There is a Nest doorbell camera at the front door.
