Great house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house. Very clean. Loved that we could take our beagle. He even had a blast. Will be renting this house again next year.

Garden City Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was large enough for my son's family and the family dog! Very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the barn doors on the bathroom kept coming off the tracks and did not provide enough privacy. Not enough of an issue that we won't rent it again next year!

Nice and clean and close to Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very roomy except for guest bath- toilet too close to vanity w/no leg room. Need a closet in Master. Saw one roach in kitchen😞. Other than that, beds comphy, clean and had all kitchen wear needed. I’d recommend a newer umbrella to use in patio table. The one in carport closet old, rusty and lots of spider webs. I’d stay again. Rental company great to work with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our trip. The location of the house is great to walk to the pier and the beach. The house is older and the bathrooms are on the smaller side, but it has been updated very well. We did encounter a couple issues while we were there, but the maintenance department was very easy to work with. Overall, we would definitely consider coming back in the future.
