La villa de luxe offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan et un hébergement moderne avec 5 chambres de luxe sur 2 niveaux avec vue sur l'océan, à la fois entiÚrement équipées et idéales pour les grands groupes. Belle nouvelle piscine avec vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse de la piscine et dans la piscine! Une terrasse à l'étage supérieur dispose d'un salon et salle à manger supplémentaire avec une vue imprenable sur St. Thomas, Porto Rico et Culebra. Il y a toujours une belle brise qui souffle et la nuit les autres ßles scintillent au loin.

Hilltop Hacienda se trouve Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage tranquille et isolĂ©e de Bastimento oĂč les chevaux sauvages errent souvent. Prenez votre cafĂ© du matin ou pratiquez votre yoga lĂ -bas, mais assurez-vous de revenir pour les couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur l'eau, qui peuvent Ă©galement ĂȘtre vus depuis la villa.

Il y a des cuisines entiÚrement équipées et deux télévisions à chaque niveau, ainsi que le wi-fi. Les 5 chambres ont des climatiseurs silencieux à plusieurs unités et il y a une laveuse / sécheuse sur place. Chaises de plage, parasols, glaciÚres et serviettes sont tous disponibles pour vos aventures quotidiennes. Le gestionnaire immobilier habite à seulement 100 mÚtres et fournira une orientation à la villa et sera disponible si vous en avez besoin.

La villa est dans un quartier trÚs calme de Vieques - vous n'entendrez pas les coqs chanter! Cependant, la ville est à seulement 2 miles et les célÚbres plages de croissant blanc intactes du cÎté sud de l'ßle sont accessibles en 10 ou 15 minutes en voiture.

L'hacienda Hilltop hors saison peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e comme une villa de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  5 personnes. Cela signifie que vous n'auriez que le niveau supĂ©rieur, tandis que le niveau infĂ©rieur resterait verrouillĂ© et vide. Wonderful house and location

We stayed one week with my family and some friends (4 adults and 6 kids). The house is perfect, and the view even better than in the picture. The pool is small but as expected, and exactly what is needed when you have a very nice little beach just steps from the house. Eddy is very nice and responsive, he came to pick us up at the airport, and check in regularly by sms to be sure everything was fine. He shared many tips for a wonderful stay in Vieques!

Host Sean was so helpful on the front end determining what to do and how to get to and from San Juan. We loved the place; spacious for 10 of us and convenient short walk to a lovely beach. Definitely rent a car as the best beaches are a 15-20 minute drive. Only surprise were the mosquitos which made some of our outside time a bit more challenging so bring your bug spray.

Sean was an excellent all around host. He checked on us several times during the stay; provided excellent information about tours, car rental, etc; and even allowed me to send a box with holiday gifts to his PO Box to avoid carrying them in my luggage. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week. We enjoyed the pool and loved the short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this house and Sean!

Felt right at home

Cozy, comfy and very pretty. This house was perfect for our 3 couples. We enjoyed the pool, the nearby beach for sea glass hunting, the snorkeling equipment, the view (!), the board games, grilling etc! Something for everyone!Sean was super helpful and friendly and we’d definitely stay here again if we return to Vieques.

Sibling gathering

Great house that served our family of eight adults well. Beautiful view from the upstairs porch. Nice deck and pool on lower level (albeit, no view unfortunately). This is two separate units, so to go between you go outside. Not a big deal given the climate and provided some nice privacy when needed. Sean kindly met us at the ferry to take us to the home. He was responsive with some issues with leakage and one non-working fan, coming within 2 days to fix.The kitchens are well stocked and the downstairs kitchen and dining areas are ample for a large group. There is some snorkel gear, beach chairs and towels for beach going. The beach below the house is lovely for short walks, and an occasional dip depending on the tide and wind. All in all, a great stay.

Wnderful views of the north coast of Vieques

My family enjoyed pool and the ready access to the beach (two block walk). Access to either Isabella II and Esperanza was fairly easy. Along with all of the beaches on both north and south sides of the islsnd. I would avoid visiting the "bunkers" - expected WWII military bunkers, not storage bunkers.

Family getaway

Our first trip to Vieques with a family of 10. Sean is an amazing host. He was readily available for suggestions, assistant, and guidance throughout our stay. The upstairs balcony was perfect for the family to hang out with morning coffee and horse watching or evening sunset's. There’s reviews about a farm near by but wasn’t close enough to be a loud enough to bother us. We did have iguana visit and get in the pool but we thought it was quite entertaining. House comes with beach toys, chairs, googles and washer and dryer. The island was delightful and everything with in reasonable distance. Again Sean was super helpful and the home was perfect for a variety of ages.

Awesome house!

We were three couples on vacation together and this house couldn’t have been more perfect! The large kitchen downstairs was great for cooking up food, the upper deck was a great lounge spot, the pool and washer and dryer were bonuses and of course the icing on the cake was the ocean and sea breeze! Bastimento beach was a fun beach to explore and beach comb. Sean even had snorkels and water shoes for us to use and we did! We’d definitely come back! Bring bug spray; if you’ve got sweet blood you’ll get hit in the mornings and evenings!

Great Week

Our family had a great week in Vieques. The property is in a great location with an amazing breeze blowing most of the time. The evening views were great. We had 3 generations of our family on the trip with us and the house was perfect. Close to beaches, town, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores. Everything you would need for a great trip. Sean, the property owner was fantastic. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, including great recommendations for our stay on the island. Our family created a lot of great memories on our trip, and I would highly recommend this house. Thank you Sean! My 2 girls are gonna be talking about it for a long time. They couldn’t get over waking up to the horses near the beach every morning!

amazing location and home

My family and I love our stay Villa Borinquen! Everything was provided for us - beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment as well as everything in the kitchen. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to an amazing beach - so much sea glass! There was a bit of a hiccup when we checked in but all was taken care of fairly quickly. Just be sure to stay in contact with the owner. He was very nice and made sure we felt welcome ...

Lovely views and well equipped

We had a great time at the villa. The views are spectacular and the location close to the ferry was convenient. The pool was a great amenity. The house was clean and well equipped. They are basically 2 separate apartments and they don’t connect inside which we didn’t know so keep that in mind when planning especially if there are children. They would have to go outside and walk by the pool to go up and down between the 2 levels. There is a TV only in the downstairs apartment so because we were 2 separate families one family basically didn’t have a TV. Sean has snorkeling equipment and chairs available which were useful. We had a great stay!

Dream vacation

Hilltop hacienda was magnificent! The location was super convenient to get into Isabel Segundo and a short walk to the beach. Very quiet and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was fantastic. The patio overlooking the pool was so nice. Can’t wait to come back! Sean was super responsive before and during our stay.

Unbelievable! We love the island and our home and location. Host Sean was very considerate and caring. He did much more for us that we expected. We will be back again next year for 3 weeks instead of 2.

I am a fly fishing outfitter in Hamilton, Montana. I discovered Vieques in August 2021. After spending 2 weeks there, I realized Isla Nena is a beautiful and special place. I returned October 2021 and spent the winter through March exploring and falling in love with the island and her people. During that time I became good friends with Edwin, the previous owner of Hilltop Hacienda, and purchased the property from him. Edwin had 38 VRBO reviews with an average rating of 4.8 stars. I am maintaining the villa at that same level of excellence.

I now spend every October through June on Vieques, at a different property. I plan to move to Vieques full time in 2024. Once you visit Vieques it will change your life. Two-thirds of the island is a nature preserve, there is not a single traffic light, and about 3,000 horses wander freely. There are so many deserted beaches and forest-canopied mountain roads, too. But, honestly, more than anything, Vieques is a state of mind. Whether you're walking on her pristine beaches, feeling the refreshing ocean breeze, diving deep in her crystal waters, or smelling the many colorful, fragrant flowers, Vieques helps you to remember what's really important in life . . .

Hilltop Hacienda's 180-degree water views are truly stunning. You cannot forget for a moment that you're on a small island surrounded by turquoise seas. The villa's close proximity to the water and its perch high up on a hill keeps it blessed with cooling sea breezes 24/7. Just watching the giant sky roll by, affecting the light and the ever-changing hues of the sea, is thoroughly enthralling. One needn't do more.

Hilltop's pool played a big part in my choosing this property. It's new and beautifully done, finely-tiled and edged by coral stone. There is a built-in seat from which you can see the turquoise water! Plus, I love to stargaze at night and, I must say, there is no better way than on your back floating in a perfectly-temperate pool!

Besides being in excellent condition, Hilltop Hacienda is located in one of Vieques' quieter neighborhoods. Even though the villa is at the far east end of the island, it's a very quick drive to town and an easy and pretty drive to the beaches in the nature preserve and Esperanza. Oh, and the wonderful reviews the prior owners received from their guests had a little something to do with my choice!
