INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

I would stay at this property again. It looked just like the pictures and was close to everything. We did have an issue with thw Wifi but the owners were prompt and responding to the issue and gave us a solution quickly.

We had amenities listed on the site that were not provided or ever handled. Grill and Non working TV (in the largest room which was replaced with a 15" TV or monitor). It went back and forth between panhandle and the site manager regarding the grill . They kept changing excuses regarding the listed grill that was absent ("fire marshal" was thrown out there which were clearly inaccurate because all the neighbors had grills both charcoal and gas (see photos). Bought Keurig cups only to find there is not a Keurig as listed. That was another 20. We had already purchased meat for the grill and feel we should be compensated as such 150 plus for our large group. There were dirty fingers all over walls and doors leading outside. Bathroom tile needs scrubbed. We stay at a lot of rentals on 30a and never had a home not have anything in the kitchen- leftover spices, ziplocks etc. unfortunate. Pool is Nothing special- zero shade provided at the pool, no grills there either.We made it work for the week with my family but will not stay here again and would advise others to be hesitant with mgmt and this particular Panhandle group.

Great experience.

We loved everything about our stay here. The house is beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. The pool was conveniently just a few steps from our door. Having the bikes and golf cart were extremely helpful to get around town and to the beach. I would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone.
