Great family vacation!

This property was perfect for our family vacation with kids and grand kids. The properties cleanliness, facilities, maintenance and location were perfect. Easy to get to the beaches, and local stores and restaurants, without getting caught up in traffic. We spent a lot of time in the pool which really worked for us!

Overall the house was amazing. The house had everything you need for a great visit. We enjoyed the pool. There was a smell in the house that smelled like someone was smoking pot in the house or vaping. The smell was very strong.

Pros Booking was a breezeMade changes and received a promt refund.House is beautiful. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and appreciated a garage to park in.Host answered questions in a timely manner.Pool water was cool upon arrival but up to comfortable temp in half a day.Lables on drawers and free for all on what's left behind is a kind gesture.Cons house stunk of weed when we arrived we are a family of non smokers so we all instantly smelled it. King bedroom smelled of weed and cigarettes. Left weed butt's on child's tray in garage. Husband removed air filter in kitchen above garage door and cleaned it. It helped lessen the smell when coming in to house from garage. May need to clean all vent filters. Laundry room stunk. Washer has foul odor and a pile of sheets were left behind. I think they had urine on them. Showers had pink mold on floor. I used cleaning spray but didn't have scrub brush to get it out of grout. Floors need a solid scrub. I know they are tile but a deck brush and a vet vac would work wonders on grout and sticky tile. The other bathrooms had construction dust heavily on wall and hair in shower before any use by us. The couch in living room had urine smell. Hugh rug has scoot marks of a dog? Wasn't gonna venture down to take a sniff. Patio and garage need blow out of debris would help keep floor clean in house. Internet was of low quality. We were on the Verizon network and cell service sucked too. Pros Booking was a breezeMade changes and received

Thanks for such a thorough review. We have since changed cleaning maintenance companies since we found the cleaning to be slightly subpar as well. We have since had the couches upholstery cleaned and the entire home deep cleaned, lanai and garage power washed. We can't control cell service, we do provide 5G internet/wifi- which is the best offered in this area.

Pool service was terrible, spa use required extra charge never listed in property description, we were charged for stains in the white bed comforter and white couch after a 1 month stay. Pool water was terrible and service was nonexistent. After numerous calls the owner sent over their father in law to fix the problem. A pool service was finally sent over. They stated this property was no a regular customer and the found the filter filthy and overall pool operation not functioning properly. If your looking for a relaxing spa, clean pool water don’t rent this place.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das einzige was fehlte, waren ein Fön und verschieden große Töpfe.
