Beautiful condo, easy access to downtown…everything was within walking distance, and phenomenal access to the Pasquotank river…the boardwalk and dock are within feet of the beautiful deck. Sunsets were amazing on the dock!

The house was neat, clean, comfortable, roomy, and very well decorated. There was plenty of room for my toddler to run around. The view was so nice! We were pleasantly surprised my all the goodies in the game closet and the extra thick mattress for the pack-n-play. It’s definitely a family -friendly home. What we found most convenient was the proximity to downtown; if the weather were better, we could have walked. Jen had excellent response time to my inquiries and concerns. We would definitely stay again the next time we’re in town!

The Dock House was awesome, nicely decorated and very well maintained. A great view of the river and especially Elizabeth City at night. We walked over the bridge and toured the waterfront. Really loved the large deck area ON the river. Good value for a great place to spend a week.

The Dock House was very nice - new, modern furnishings, large spacious rooms and a fabulous view of the sound. It was just a short walk over the bridge into town where there were lovely shops and restaurants. Very nice stay!

Condo was walking distance to downtown. Covered porch overlooked the river and views of passing boats and ducks made morning coffee even more relaxing. Updated , clean and perfect for a family weekend!

Great location and views

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, easy walk or drive to restaurants and shops. The views from the deck were lovely- beautiful sunrises and moon views.

The Dock House is my home away from home in Elizabeth City. It’s spacious and easily accommodates 5 adults. Conveniently and centrally located to historic downtown Elizabeth City. Jennifer, the host, is responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this location.

Postcard views in Elizabeth City

Lovely condo with everything we needed. Clean, just minutes from downtown, close to restaurants and shops. Absolutely amazing views of the cypress trees in the river. Would definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful Time

Roomy, clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and right on the water - all that we were hoping for! We liked the easy walk across the river into Elizabeth City and found several good restaurants and shops to enjoy. We would certainly come back!

Family time

While in Elizabeth City for our son’s Coast Guard graduation, “The Dock House” provided us the space and perfect location for much needed family time. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful water view setting with easy access to restaurants in E City.

This absolutely one of the very best places I have ever stayed! Clean. Accurately described. The view was amazing. I could have sat on the deck all day and watched the water. The bed was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay!

The Dock House was perfect for our stay in Elizabeth City. We were within 5-10 minutes of everything. The condo was exactly as listed, very spacious and clean. Jen provided our access code in plenty of time for check-in and checked on us during our stay, without being intrusive. Our trip was only two nights, but this condo would have been amazing for a longer stay. We had plenty of space to spread out and recharge during our busy weekend. We will definitely look to stay here again on future visits.
