Imagine waking up and taking a swim in your private heated pool before breakfast. Have breakfast on your lanai and then just hang out at the pool or go to the beach. As the beach is only a five-minute drive. However, maybe today you want to go to Sanibel or wait maybe Captiva. You’re not locked in to just Fort Myers Beach. Margaritaville will just have to wait until tomorrow.

We have been coming to Florida for 15 winters, and this is the best place ever! VRBO only allows 5 star rating, but I'd give it an 11. A beautiful home with large living room, huge kitchen. Beautiful bedrooms with walkin showers. Lanai has 2 rocker chairs, big screen TV, dining for 4, and then you walk down 3 stairs to your own very private pool and hot tub. Surrounded on 2 sides by the lake. Perfect location to beaches, Sanibel, restaurants, and shopping. Publix a mile away. The hosts are the best ever! Great communication and immediate response. Example: the fridge died one night. We contacted the hosts the next morning and they had a new SS fridge delivered first thing next morning. The villa is immaculate and well stocked for a long stay. You will be thrilled if you rent this beautiful home! We are looking forward to going back!
